Anna at the front desk is so kind and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable and the wait times are quick. The urgent care down the street had a 3 hours wait and made me do all my own paperwork, copy my id, and insurance card, and sign myself in online. This clinic did everything for me. When you don’t feel well, you need someone to take care of that stuff for you. I’ll come here first from now on!

I love SignatureCare! All staff are very nice and helpful! Seem to truly care! Dr. Andrew Kretschmer, reg: Anna & Kandi, nurse: Rob & David, rad tech John & er tech Lauren have been amazing helpful and very friendly. They got me right in the back and took care of my needs right away. Kept me calm and listened to my needs. I would recommen this SignatureCare to anyone and will be back if need be! Thank you to all the staff!

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Answered all my questions. Explained what was going on. Dr Harjai, my nurse Robert, the tech Alyssa were all careful with the procedures, James and Emily explained it all to me.

I took my Mom to the clinic and everything was fantastic. We came in for Covid treatment and it was exceptional. The facility is very clean and follow all of the covid guidelines. Dr. Harjai was very kind and attentive. He took the time to explain all of the information given to us, and what we should expect. Nurse Robert and Alyssa were also great during our visit. They made sure we were comfortable at all times and very professional.It was a great experience overall

DR. SMAISTRLA, MD, JEFFREYNurse: Robert Stanfel SRadiology Tech: Ezequiel MFront Desk: Erica D DOn 12/18/21, I went to Signature Care Emergency Center and the above individuals were the team taking care of me. I was seen right away, they listened to what brought me there and administered care. My symptoms started subsiding almost immediately. I was monitored for a sufficient amount of time before I was released. I learned something new from Dr. Smaistrla about treating my chronic issue that no other doctor has shared. Since Signature Care is out-of network, Erica went ahead and appealed my visit with my insurance to be charged as in-network. Robert did a good job assuring me I did the right thing coming in and Ezequiel did a great job with my IV. This was my first time to seek care for myself in a emergency room. I could not have asked for a better experience.Prior to going to Signature Care, I tried to go to an Urgent Care nearby. It was a two-hour wait for walk-ins. I was a bit confused. If you can set an appointment for care, is it then urgent? I’m glad I left and went to Signature Care.

I appreciate the excellent care I received at Signature Care Emergency Center. Registration with Erica D. at the front desk was thorough and efficient. Ezekiel M. and Alyssa G. we’re the techs who got me settled in a room, working smoothly together to hook up monitors, etc. My nurse, Robert S., recorded my medical history and was very thorough. Finally, Dr. Smaistrla, the physician who treated me, was excellent. I appreciated his careful assessment and extra steps taken to make sure the treatment chosen was what was best for me. I highly recommend Signature Care Emergency Center on Rayford Road.
