During my last visit, I had a very unpleasant experience. I brought my husband, who—according to the NP’s evaluation—needed 40 units of Botox. Part of the payment was made using a $300 gift card purchased through their own website. However, on our way home, I received a call from Roxi, the manager, claiming that the gift card had already been used during one of my previous treatments. This accusation was completely false and highly disrespectful. Fortunately, the misunderstanding was eventually resolved in my favor, but the situation was unnecessarily uncomfortable. We paid $480 for 40 units of Botox, and of course, scheduled the standard two-week follow-up to check the results. To my surprise, they tried to charge me an additional $50 for a follow-up appointment that had been previously described as free. To make matters worse, the new NP came in with the syringe already preloaded, without showing or explaining what product was being injected. As patients, we have the right to know exactly what is being administered and to verify that we’re receiving the correct dosage for what we’re paying. In short: I will not be returning. This last visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. ⸻

The staff at Skin101 is always so friendly. I think that’s the main reason I keep going back for the Diamond Facial. The facial leaves my skin feeling refreshed and looking plump and moisturized.

I had an excellent experience here at Skin 101. I received microdermabrasion and a chemical peel. The communication was amazing from the initial setup of appointment to the follow up of a product I expressed interest in. Throughout the entire process I was well informed on what was bring done and shared details about my skin. It smelled amazing, was exceptionally clean, and checkout was a breeze with no press for a tip, which of course made me want to tip even more. I will be returning soon and it's all in part to the amazing Esthetician that worked with me💕

The clinic is Beautiful and All of the staff members are Exceptionally Nice! I go there for Emsella treatments - pelvic floor. After the first session I noticed an improvement. I purchased 6 as I had done my research prior to purchasing; for Best results 6 are required. This place is an hour drive but Worth it!!! I tell all my friends that Emsella is worth the money!!!
