I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences at The Facial Refinery. I have had the privilege of being treated by both owners, Rachel and Pamela, for different services, and they are nothing short of incredible. I initially saw Rachel for Botox and to address filler I was unhappy with from another med spa. Instead of just selling me a new service, she gave me her honest, professional opinion on the best path forward to correct my concerns. Her approach was thoughtful, conservative, and focused on what was truly best for me. I have also seen Pamela for PRF EZ Gel treatments and Botox. I was incredibly nervous for the PRF as it was my first time and I am notoriously "not an easy stick" for blood draws. Pamela put me completely at ease with her calm and confident demeanor. She was so skilled and gentle that the process was painless, transforming what I dreaded into a positive experience. Pamela is meticulously skilled and wonderfully kind, and I love the results from both of them! What truly sets The Facial Refinery apart is their astounding integrity. Both Rachel and Pamela are exceptional listeners. They are honest about what procedures you do and, just as importantly, do not need. They have never once tried to upsell me and even take my financial situation into serious consideration when planning treatment. Above all, I trust them implicitly. In an industry where that can be hard to find, it is their most valuable quality. If you are looking for a med spa that combines expert skill with genuine care and honesty, look no further.

I can’t say enough about Rachel she is AMAZING at what she does. She listens to your concerns. She’s been doing my Botox for a couple years. Best injector!! Also the staff is always so sweet and welcoming!

Pamela really is the best at what she does. She has a very sweet personality and genuinely cares about your results and comfort in the process. She is knowledgeable and listens to what you are looking for, but will never allow you to leave her place looking crazy. She is not just here to take your money, which is the experience I have had at other places. I am extremely pleased with my natural looking results and will only trust her with injectables. I highly recommend her if you are looking to refresh your face.

I have been going to Rachel for my lip filler and Botox for years and there is no one else that I would trust with my face! She is always very honest and modest with her treatments and will never go over the top. Rachel is very friendly and personable and my experience is nothing short of spectacular

Almost a year of coming here and Rachel is a genius. She really listens to what you want and then makes suggestions. She isn't trying to make money off of you by upselling you. She wants you to be happy and love the way you look and that's the best kind of provided there is. Her technique is excellent. She takes her time and pain is minimal with her techniques. I love my results and they are so subtle because that's the whole point.

Pamela is extremely knowledgeable and kind during her sessions with clients. She made me feel heard and seen with any areas of concern that I had and she helped guide me on the type of product and amount of injections needed to get my perfect results.
