I had an appointment at 1:45. I arrived fifteen minutes early. I sat there waiting with people walking by me with appointments that were later than mine including walk-ins per staff. I was brought to the back at 2:15 after inquiring about the wait time. Finally left at 2:45 without ever being seen. Super disappointed!

Michelle is so wonderful and has such vast knowledge! She explains everything beautifully and helped me focus on long term results and maintenance, exactly what I look for in an injector. I cannot recommend Z Medi with Michelle enough! The entire staff is so friendly and caring, I love going to my visits!

I have been going to Michelle at the spa for 8 years. There are so many things I love about this place. First, the staff is friendly and helpful. Michelle is extraordinary at her job. She listens to her clients. She is invested in you as a person and when you walk out of there, you always look better. I like that she doesn't push anything on You, yet if you need ideas or her opinion, she's very willing to help. It's obvious that she loves her job and wants to make every client beautiful and happy with their treatment. :)
