I had a horrible morning today 01/04/2022, my daughter had an appointment at 7:45 am, we live far away from the clinic and got there at 7:53, the clerk told me that I was late and I had to reschedule, even if no one was there waiting. I rather find another doctor. I know it is important to be on time. The doctors can take hours to see the patient inside the room, but they are not patient enough to wait for a patient

Dr. Delvalle has been a blessing and is just an amazing Pediatrician. She has been seeing my children since they were babies. The care she gives my babies every time she see's them is irreplaceable, because she treats them like if they were her own. We have gone through surgeries and external referrals and through it all she is constantly involved, and always straight with me. If you are looking for a Doctor that will always go above and beyond for your child, I would highly recommend Dr. La'Cindy Delvalle, MD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doctors are good they give good advice and prescribe the right stuff for the symptoms but just recently there office became very hard to get ahold of and they are only open on Saturdays once a month or something like that now I am in the process of looking for a new pediatrician because of the situation I don't want another doctor for my daughter but I have no choice

I love her alot but I didn't like her staff! Some of them were really rude and didn't give the doctor my messages until it was too late! But other than that she was a wonderful doctor really caring and great bedside manner!!

The office is conveniently located in my area. The staff is a bit stiff and uptight, not very friendly. The waiting isn't so bad on most occasions, but I once waiting over an hour just so they could tell me my son had a cold and sent me home. The Dr is very cold, she doesn't really try to interact with you, much less my child. I personally feel that if your job consist of sticking cute little babies with needles, at least try to comfort them. She just says what she thinks and walks out, leaving you with a list of questions, and if you dare ask those questions she makes you feel like you're bothering her. Really would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor to anyone. Don't waste your time.

my experiences with this pediatician office were they didnt schedule me when i made my first app and i showed up, then at another app t waited more than an hour for them to call me and that is because i went up to desk and said something she forgot to sign me in and the dr is not very friendly she doesnt explain anything to me absolutely no feed back whatsoever wouldnt recommened to no one
