Disappointed today, came with my wife today and she was passed up four times.When ask why, they advised for more serious people in need of care such as bleeding or high fever. No one had blood anywhere that I could see, no one was in the waiting room taking temperature. So not really sure why they held my wife back. There was even a young lady using fail language and they was going to take her back, she refused because the girl working behind the counter made her mad.When I came, I felt they treated me pretty good so I gave a 5 star. I will never come to place ever.Forgot to mention, we even called to see if we could get in early. Whoever we talked to said to go ahead and come in early and still had to wait 2 hours. It appeared to me that when my wife ask the front desk help a question, they made her wait even longer.I will definitely forget these place, address and phone number. Not professional people working here.

My husband and I went in for monoclonal antibody infusions to treat COVID. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the time we left was an unbelievable experience. We were greeted with a very pleasant smile at the front desk. We were kind of nervous about it all on top of feeling horrible and the nurses, radiologist and Dr. Garcia were very patient and made us feel so much at ease. Neither of us have ever been to a “Doc in a box” (that’s what I’ve heard urgent care centers called), but this Signature Care made a believer out of me!! I would not hesitate going there again if needed…dispute the 35 minute drive to get there. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his staff at this Signature Care location!

Julesia H. (Registration) she was very respectful and got us back very quickly and made the paperwork easy and simple also made sure we understood everything.Kelly V. (Nurse) she is the best nurse I have ever had the experience of having taking care of me she is very sweet and concerning her bed side manner is amazing she was so gentle and nice and made me feel better comfortable and constantly checked on me and making sure I had everything I could possibly need.Keyla L. (Nurse) she was very gentle and also was very quick getting my blood work done and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and also constantly checked on me and made sure the room was sanitized and clean and made sure I was warm and comfortable.
