Dentist in Deleon is terrible. The staff not much better either

Possibly illegal to withold covid vaccine

I saw this facility had available covid vaccines online so I decided to call about getting my vaccination taken care of. The person who answered the phone said that they were only giving them to current patients. This "health care facility" would rather sit on vaccines than actually put them into people's arms. Such irresponsibility during a pandemic.

I use to never have problems at this place. I love the Dr they have there. She's very helpful and understanding. But, the office people are rude and slackers. The nurse never returns your call. She lacks alot . You can't get anyone to answer the phones.

I love this place and do not know what I would do without them! They are professional, kind, and exceptional human beings! Thank you so much for all that you do!!!

I was seen on time and the staff were friendly and helpful. They saw me right away and she explained exactly what they were going to do to me. The Dr. came in quickly and he explained in easy to understand terms what we all would be working to achieve . I have never been to a dentist that didn’t hurt me at least a little. I did not have any pain when he gave me the shots to numb me not one bit of pain. No yanking on my face . No cracking or chips of bone or shards of broken tooth. It was great and I was so grateful for the excellent service that the Doctor and his Dental Tech gave to me today. I have never had nicer kinder or more professional people working on my teeth. So very grateful for the whole visit. The clinic works on a sliding scale depending on your income. Just so very glad to see this kind of person being a wonderful dentist. God Bless Dr. Christos! Look forward to seeing them again and that is a new feeling!?!

The absolute worst care and customer service I have ever experienced. The non-doctor that we saw tried to jack up the charges for our visit by ordering test that we had already had done the day before at the ER. She had no clue what was causing the issue, so she just wanted to refer us to a neurologist without even looking at the results of the test we had already had done. The office help isn’t any better. They told us the charge would be $97.00 to see the non-doctor. We paid that amount in full and then they sent us a bill for $200.00. When asked why they didn’t make us aware of the full amount due at the time of the visit, they couldn’t come up with a reasonable answer. I wouldn’t take my dog to this clinic since it’s changed ownership. The Accel staff is completely incompetent. I’ll be telling everyone I can about my experience there.

I have an awesome dr. This clinic has helped me in alot of ways. Wouldn't change drs or clinics, finally found a good dr. And I hope she don't ever switch jobs!!!

I go here for both dental and medical needs. The dentist is the best I have ever had (I've had many) and the doctor(s) I have seen are excellent also. You can get an appointment easily and they listen to what you have to say
