Aspire Houston Fertility Institute's Online Review Report Card

The skinny red head lady with glasses at the front office has a really bad attitude. She either does not drink enough coffee or hates her job. She spoke with us like we were children and had an attitude as if we had done something wrong.

If you’ve gone through fertility treatments you know how expensive it is, how stressful it is and how emotional it can be. I’d like to thank the financial counselors, especially Kerrigan and Selika. As well as Ms. Breedlove who’s over the business office. They’ve been nothing short of amazing and patient with me. I thank God that they’ve helped me through the toughest thing my husband and I have ever experienced. Thank you Aspire Fertility for these ladies.

If you cant have baby after unsuccessful treatments, try naturally by( losing extra weight, get supplements, eat healthy fertility diet, check for infection or deficiency). Good Luck

Dr. Kim, nurses and his office staff have been amazing through this whole journey. We wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with anyone else!

Pleasant and very knowledgeable

Unfortunately, I went with the first clinic that came up in the google search. I was very eager to finally become a mother and allowed Aspire HFI to take advantage of me financially. I was overcharged $4,500.00 and have been fighting to get my money back for 3 months. My health insurance provider and I call their billing office every week but nothing is being resolved. That thing about the doctor's fee is bogus and the fertility benefits information is not clear or detailed. If you are in this to be a mother and not give away your hard-earned money please consider your other available options before deciding on Aspire HFI. They will charge you self-pay prices for services that are covered by your healthcare insurance. I took loans and opened new credit cards to pay for IVF as a single mom. Waiting months to be refunded because I was overcharged has caused emotional and financial stress especially since my IVF ended in a miscarriage.

Don't follow Google directions! Go to medical building one. Other than Getting lost and walking outside of the hospital lost for 45 minutes in 100+ degree heat my experience was pretty good for my first visit. I'll update as things progress but staff is super nice and is serious about your and your family health. My first visit didn't go as planned due to other health issues that the staff perfered I take care of first and honestly that was better than just agreeing to continue. I'm setting my second appt soon.

The doctor took time to listen and explain information related to fertility. He was patient and respectful to our needs, and even accommodated although we were late for the appointment. We are definitely looking forward to working with this doctor.
