Patient aftercare has drastically declined. To get the injector on the phone to address concerns was worse than the results of my over-injections. I expressed my concerns, both by multiple phone calls, plus emails. I'm 3-months after over-injecting and I am still not satisfied with the results. Alonzo was overzealous with the injections, and the staff lets him hide from the phone. I have been rather disappointed in the aftercare (or lack thereof) and won't be returning. I feel Alonzo needs to get back to basics and listen to his clients, even after the injections. I hated to write this review, giving it time.

Easy to book, never a long wait, friendly staff, fair pricing and always satisfied with my results! Have been doing injectables for 15 years and tried a few different places throughout the greater Houston area and the Sugar Land office has given me no reason to look elsewhere. Thank you BotoxRN! I've been going to BotoxRN for some years now and as always, Never A Disappointment! The Staff is Always Friendly /Courteous and are always attentive to my visits. My skin is why I started going in the first place (breakouts). Im very pleased by the results and still I go time to time to get a refresh! It took me the longest to fin someone I can trust. Everyone was friendly and informative about answering any questions or concerns. I had my first SRF face/neck treatment, and it went well. They apply a lot of numbing medicine along with a cool air blowing machine, which made the treatment very tolerable.
