Everything was fine until who I thought was the doctor came in (was a NP). I tell him about my symptoms and explained what medication has helped me in the past since I’ve had asthma all my life. The doctor refused to listen to me as a patient and kept throwing medication towards me that I’ve taken before and hasn’t been well suited. After a long argument with the NP he finally said he’d prescribe me the meds I needed and asked me what the dose was of the medication I was taking previously. When I showed him a picture, instead of writing it down he suggested he take my phone to the back, I told him I’m not comfortable handing my phone and that he could just grab a pen and paper, he was adamant on taking my phone. I told him I refuse to give him my phone and that he could write down the dosage, without replying he left the room and slammed the door on the way out. When I went outside and confronted the NP infront of his peers he acted like none of what went down in the room happened. The NP Patel was very rude and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by doing his job. Worst experience ever.

Nurse staff are nice but doctor service is not the greatest. Doctor didn't take time to check and he just guess the symptoms. I sincerely don't recommended it. Find a urgent care who completely takes care of you and not the cheap version.
