List of Donyale Harris's Reviews
She is excellent. One a the FEW who will take the time to talk and seek answers with you. Usually it's a wait and see and that is if they TOUCH you. She's great.
I must admit I am VERY disappointed in my visit today with Dr.Harris, her “bedside manner” needs a customer service upgrade ASAP. I was referred to Dr.Harris by one of my favorite social media influencers who helps women like me find medical care with other women that look like them. My 1st issue is I literally stated to Dr.Harris and her nurse that examined me when I came in that my throat was on FIRE (9/10) is what I rated it. Dr.Harris walks in with no personality and checks my ears, and when it came to my throat she says “that’s all you can do? Oh I’m not going to be able to do my job and test you for strep if this is all you can do!” At first I thought she was “joking” but after realizing she was serious I immediately felt like this referral was a BAD IDEA for me. Dr.Harris didn’t ask me any further questions after my attempt to say “ahh” wasn’t up to her standards, she then says come with me and the visit was over she wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and walked off. I then heard her speaking to her nurse that examined me before she came into the room “no, I didn’t do it she wouldn’t open her mouth!” I probably won’t ever go back to Dr.Harris not only because she was rude but because I am still sick with the same issues I had before paying almost $300 today. The money isn’t the issue it’s the manner in which Dr.Harris acted towards me and it’s so bad because word of mouth is the #1 marketing tool so I will make sure all of the women that look like me looking for a doctor that looks like them will not use Dr.Harris.
I had appointments with her a few times and her nurse contacted me the next day after a face to face visit and advised, there was an issue shown on my labs that worsened since my last visit. I'm in shock as this was unbeknownst to me. I asked the nurse what she was talking about, the nurse says "oh I thought Dr. Harris informed you about your lab work!" I said no and that is in poor taste as well as unprofessional and unethical to not advise a patient of their medical information. I asked for a call back from this Dr.. When she returned my call and I explained my issue, I was met with an unconcerned and unbothered attitude. Then this Dr. tells me (because she hears the frustration and irritation in my voice), "Look, I am not going to fight with you!" At this point I'm shocked and appalled. The Medical professional whom is supposed to have care and show empathy has none and to add insult to injury you make an accusation that me expressing concern for my health is considered fighting with you!" Long story short I made a complaint with the clinic supervisor in regard to this doctor and received a letter a week later saying I was dismissed from all their clinics. This same clinic has patient rights all over the website yet violated mine!
Wrongfully prescribing someone a mineral contrary to their very condition, that if you did thorough testing and were more knowledgeable, is more like slowly poisoning your patient so you can then further profit (because perhaps you have stock in or are beholden to pharma behind the subsequent chelation therapy of Ex Jade wherein your patient then needs in the tens of thousands of dollars monthly for years w/ins it costs) obviously means this "professional" does not come highly recommended, whatsoever.
I have never felt so welcome and at ease than I did when I saw Dr. Harris.
If I could give her zero I would and I hate to say that. Her nursing staff are rude and don’t care about incoming patients and neither does she. You have to book an appt pretty much 45 days in advance which is already frustrating but fine maybe that means she’s good. Well a lot happens in 45 days so when I show up for an appt the day of and HONESTLY answer that in the last 14 days I had a sinus infection but am not presently exhibiting symptoms, her staff will DISRESPECTFULLY tell you she’s not going to see you and when you ask to at least speak to her, SHE, the Doctor, REFUSES! You won’t even talk to your patients on the phone during their scheduled appointment they’ve been waiting nearly two months for?!? That’s absolutely disrespectful and substandard care. I don’t leave negative reviews often but I want to save you all the next two months or your life. Find a different PCP.
The atmosphere I walked in was similar to home. Dr. Harris, Nurse Penney , Nurse Jamie, and the other staff members there made me feel like my mom, aunties, and all the ladies in my family came to my rescue( Super women). I felt safe , nurtured , and confident in their services. I am delighted to have selected them as my PCP. !!!

She's personable, thorough and informative. She listens and thinks through what your experiencing and asks direct and probing questions to make the best medical decision she can. She's a people person and knows how to make a patient feel comfortable and at ease. A top flight GP ....
I love Dr. Harris because she is interested and compassionate about my health and family life. She is very personable and family oriented. I thank Kelsey Seybold for bringing her into my life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
