The worst hospital ever Waited for 3 hours and still no help
Amazing experience, my grandma unfortunately fell, with the help of the St Lukes lovely staff cared for her and treated her with the utmost respect. I’m more than greatful for the ER nurses. Thank you.
Every time my husband or I need to be seen at the ER the staff is always so nice and pleasant. Today I had to be seen in the ER and st Lukes employees never disappoint! From front desk to the doctor they were all very nice and answered all my questions. JJ was my nurse for today and he was very empathetic and kind. I am a bit dramatic and he kindly let me know i was not going to die lol He needs a raise is all im saying.
We had to bring in my mom because she needed a blood transfusion.. When they say human kindness is here it’s absolutely true.. Ivy McKinney is very kind and made sure my mom would meet with the top doctor to help.. Excellent hospitality.. If you or a loved one needs great medical care I suggest St. Luke’s Sugar land hospital..
Excellent care by Dr Makayla Williams and RN Anna Krenek. It was a very pleasant experience. I’m glad I went to this hospital emergency department. If need to, I would go again to this emergency room
My experience with this ER was prompt and professional from beginning to end. Kind and concerned admission almost instantly, Anna my Nurse was efficient and calming, and Dr. Williams made sure I understood each test and procedure every step of the way. I'm not sure what experience anyone else has had but I recommend you try going again. Seems there has been a huge reset and I will skip the Memorial Hospital System drama - thank you- and head straight to St Luke's ER for any future incidents. I HIGHLY recommend!
Don’t ignore the bad reviews! If you’re looking for empathetic and supportive care, please do NOT visit this ER! From intake, the nurse acted as if she was annoyed. I came in for pelvic pain. Dr. Jacobson came into the room, but never introduced himself, and asked about two questions. Upon discharge, The nurse just sat my paperwork on the bed and asked me to sign. I read the paperwork in front of her to find that I have OVARIAN CYSTS (and no one felt like it was worth discussing). I brought it up, and the nurse responded “You’ve never had cysts before?” Also, I did not use the ER as a substitute for primary care. I came in for PAIN. Obviously for good reason. The only nice nurse was the one who started my IV. It was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff, besides check-in was weird.
My elderly mother was cared for in the Emergency Department today. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and experts in their roles. Shout out to Kelly, Antonio, Kendrick, and the very nice receptionist. As a fellow nurse, I knew my mom was in great hands. Thank you St. Luke’s ED staff!
Doctor gill and staff was wonderful
By far this ER the worst ER I have ever been too. The staff is not courteous at all they don't explain anything ti you and the do not work together at all and it takes a very long time for them to answer the call button. I will never visit that hospital again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
