I don't know about the other patients but it seems to me all they want is your money. My wife complained about her heart Rate is high, turn out the doctor wanted to talk about her veins.... not only that,after the copay ( my insurance doesn't have any deductible) we went home and got $80 bills from extra services.. they always talk about money and how much they want you to pay. So I leave this one in the air.. Don't know if they are good or bad ,but with my experience, 1 time visit is more than enough, we are not going to that place again

Dr and staff are great. Definitely recommend Dr Al Adli to everyone he and Dr Italia (who is my primary Dr how recommended Dr Al Aldi) saved my life in 2011 I make no decisions medically without Dr Al Aldi giving me 2 thumbs up I trust him with not just my life but with My wife,my sons and everyone in my family or friends I can recommend him too. Very professional,knowledgeable and respectful too you as a person. Again if looking for a Cardiologist that was life changing he is the one too go too.

I was given a referral to see Dr. NaimAl Adli, and I was quite looking forward to meeting him given his expertise and commendations for his work. However, he cancelled my first-time appoinment three times in a row due to allegedly being on call, and his office blithely asked me to make a fourth. While I understand the aforementioned happens to some physicians, but why continue to take appointments when you clearly don't have the time to fulfill them? What makes you think I would be inclined to have further upheaval in my schedule? I am moving on to find someone more reliable. I can see now why all these glowing Google reviews are quite old and not recent.

Dr. Adli is great! He was very knowledgeable and explained every concern that I may have had in great detail and care. Unfortunately, the three stars is a reflection of the office manager or assistant, not sure what position she holds. I always take into consideration the customer service flow. Making the customer feel comfortable and safe. Although she came across friendly, she seemed very anxious and not sure of how to accommodate the patient. I was getting blood taken during one visit and the doctor asked for a butterfly needle because I have small veins, she didn't seem to know what that was, and he had to go find it himself. During a stress test the another assisting nurse was called to help the doctor while she was helping me and Fadwa (not sure if it is spelled correctly, my apologies) was asked to cover. She seemed clueless of what to do, which made me uncomfortable and I then requested for a different nurse. She has also tried to schedule me for services that I have already had and I had to remind her of that so that she can properly document. I attempted to share with her my concerns in a recent phone call, and decided not to even go into detail because I think in conversation that she really didn't feel that there was an issue so what was the point? Would I go back? Yes, but I will be sure to make sure that I speak up and address when I am not comfortable to someone in charge more often than not. The sense of incompetency from one who is in a position to care for one's health is scary. Especially when it is the health of one's heart. My experience with this young lady should not be a reflection of Dr. Adli or the Fort Bend Heart center, his expertise was great! Perhaps training on patient care and other accommodations should be revisited for some staff members.

Dr Adli has been our mom's cardiologist for almost 25 years. Besides being at the top of his field, he is so kind,compassionate and takes time to answer all of her and our questions. Never do we feel rushed when she is seen by him. His entire staff is also very compassionate. We refer all our friends & family requiring a cardiologist to Ft Bend Heart Center.

Dr. Aldi is a wonderful and caring doctor. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Didn't wait long to take all the tests and talk to the doc. I highly recommend going here.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Naim Al-Adli was very informative, professional, and friendly. Loved my experience and would recommend them to anyone.
