I love Dr. Nickel but the billing staff is a total disaster. They tried to change me three times for a service i did not receive.

Dr. Haung is the best. Great bedside manner, very patient and friendly. Great communication skills and he always takes time with us, addresses all our concerns. We always enjoy our visits with him. Love him!

Dr. Nickell and his staff were both professional and personable, and took the time to listen to and address my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Nickell as an experienced, knowledgeable and caring Urologist.

The whole staff were professional and understanding. The throughly explained my upcoming CT scan. Doctor Nickell as always, collected all of my symptoms information before discussing what I had. Also, he told me the upcoming scan would help make a final diagnosis.
