After being diagnosed with a kidney stone, I was referred to Dr. Boon by the Methodist Sugar Land ER doctor for follow up. I met with him a couple of days after my ER visit, he was very knowledgeable and really seemed to care. I ended up having to get a surgical procedure today to zap the stone with a laser. His confidence put me at ease and he displayed excellent bedside manner. It's been 12 hours since my surgery and I'm finally pain free. My only regret was waiting over a week to have the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Boon!

I was referred to Dr. Boon by my primary care physician. I am glad I was. He diagnosed my condition after my biopsy and told me the options I had for treatment. After I chose to have surgery, he explained how it would be performed and what recuperation I would face. He also took the time necessary to answer any questions I had during office visits. After displaying an abnormally PSA and follow up tests continued high we met with Dr John Boon to schedule a biopsy. It proved positive so we discussed options. We elected to do the robotic surgery. It was a complete success. Dr. Boon and staff were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Dr. John Boon

During my family doctor routine exam he notified me of an elevated PSA. Per family doctors recommendation and my thorough review, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boon. I was quickly able to get an appointment where we discussed options and scheduled biopsy where it was confirmed I had prostate cancer. In less than a 3-month period from first visit to post-surgery recovery I am cancer-free. I’m currently writing this less than 3 weeks removed from the operation. Dr. Boon and his staff are very professional and personally accountable for a patient's success in treatment. Dr. Boon is very knowledgeable and he specializes in robotic surgery (my decision) no doubt, the best specialist I have ever used and 100% confident in his abilities and recommendations. Dr. Boon is a great doctor and a great person too!

He found my Testicular Cancer within 5 minutes of my appointment. He is an unbelievable doctor with an incredible amount of poise. Very unique, and great guy. Also performed my surgery and accommodated me with my needs for my surgery as well. Nice, genuine guy, cant say enough good things about him.
