The only reason I go to this practice is because of Dr Duncan. I didn't have luck getting in to see her in the past few years and saw her associates (disappointing). Had an appt today and she remembered me and the conversations we had years ago. She's very knowledgeable, personable and most importantly HONEST She's not going to rope you into procedures that won't really work for you. Just love her!

I’m very prone to skin cancer so I see Dr. Duncan on a regular basis and have been seeing her for the last 12 years in her Katy location. She is kind, thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Her staff are always friendly and professional. As far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t see any other dermatologist.

Dr. Duncan is a very knowledgeable dermatologist and has solved many of our skin problems! She is very thorough and takes her time. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, but rest assured when it is your turn - she will take care of you. She is worth the wait and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Sharp but rude ... you can tell she cares about the bottom line more than anything. Also, the staff is sometimes a bit rough around the edges ... i'm not sure they realize that patients come first not money. I think I might try another doctor at another one of their offices.

Solid knowledge but I'm not sure if she really cared about me as a patient - it's so sad. It was as if she was ready to go to the next patient.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Duncan. I was kept waiting apx. 20 minutes, but no big deal. She is very friendly, listened to my concerns. I wanted a full-body mole check, but I was instructed to strip to my underwear. That was a little concerning. There are only 12,000 board-certified dermatologist, to my understanding, in the U.S. She is definitely a doctor I can work with.

Husband and daughter have both gone here. Average wait time in the waiting room has NEVER been less than 45 min and sometime 1.5 hours even scheduling the 1 or 2 appt of morning
