Waited 2 hrs with no explanation. Eventually rescheduled but will attempt to see another doctor.. They require you to pay in advance, so now I have to get a refund. Everyone in the waiting room had been waiting a long time. There was a man there that had rescheduled from the day before for the same reason. They way overbook. The receptionist was clueless

The office staff is always super helpful and the doctor is amazing! I highly recommend.

The staff and Dr Kumar are great. He really cares about your health. He wants to make sure you are taken care of. The doctor and staff really listens and are easy to talk too.

Dr Gajula is a dedicated doctor who takes care of all my GI issues. She is very thorough and the staff is welcoming. I have seen her for years and have always had good results. Throughout the pandemic when so many doctor offices closed they provided service to patients such as myself. When labor shortages happened the staff and doctors went the extra mile and gave late appointments after work and on Saturdays. Thankful for everything.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been so disappointed with a Dr. Even the employees have given me information on how to file a complaint. Every test that I have had to do per the dr request I have not gotten ANY results. I have to call for results and then pay 75 copay for any results to be verbally given even if its a simple "normal" vs other doctors calling and simply saying its normal or there is a concern and can you come in. This is such a money hungry office. I had test ran in Dec. Never got results. Called to get them and even with a concern I was never contacted. Then I was told I have a balance of $300+ that needs to be paid to see a doctor to get my results. I didn't have any balance my last appointment and haven't recieved any mailings about a bill. I asked what it was for. I was told "I'm not the billing department so I don't know" but I'm expected to pay an unknown bill? To get results explained to me. Misty also tells me after I'm concerned about my results that I read that "It looks scary but it's not as bad as it seems". What does that even mean?? This place is a joke! My next complain it with the Texas board.

I love Dr. Gajula. Randomly chose Colon liver Gastro consultants I couldn’t be happier every member of the staff I had an encounter with was super friendly and enthusiastic about helping me. Scheduling was super easy and they got me in for my procedure the next day it was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Gajula and Dr. Kumar both were above and beyond awesome!

I randomly chose: liver Gastro consultants because they were in network with my insurance. And what an excellent choice it was! After my exam they were able to schedule my procedures for the next day! I was so excited I didn’t have to wait any longer for this appointment. I had put it off for so long and they got me in immediately. Not only was Dr. Gajula extremely knowledgeable with great bedside manner the front desk girl the scheduling person and her nurse assistant we’re also easy to smile and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Gajula and Dr. Kumar for any of your colon liver or Gastro needs.

Never trust Dr. Leka Gajula to perform a banding process. Informed in a very professional manner that the recent - January 2022 - procedure failed, only to be told by office staff it's a new issue and not the same....It had only been a couple of days after the last 3 appointment- step procedure. Upon return scheduled visit, was kindly forced to wait over 3 hours in waiting arear, after the entire waiting area had been cleared prior to seeing Dr. Leka Gajula. Contacted office manager and made aware of the treatment (in a professional manner). A few days later received a certified letter of dismissal from Dr. Leka Gajula. I actually thought she would respect an honest opinion that could potentially assist with her future procedures. Very disappointing as I respected her as a doctor for over 10 years.

Great medical office 2222 Greenhouse rd , wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Puchakayala , all the tech Burgo, Nunez and the CRNA Mrs; Monarch taking time to go over to my treatment. Highly recommended.

My Initial Review 12/2/21 Let’s face it, no one looks forward to a colonoscopy. However, the excellent patient care, professionalism and friendliness during the consultation by Marta made the experience so much better. As an added bonus, I love that I was able to have my consultation from the comfort of my home over the phone. While there was a bit of a delay for my appointment, the nursing staff demonstrated the same professionalism. Lastly, Dr. Gajula’s phone demeanor was thoughtful, thorough and professional. She ensured that I understood and was comfortable with my upcoming procedure. Updated Review Post Colonoscopy- 1/4/22 Initial Post- 12/2/21 My procedure was on 12/8/21 and my husband's was on 12/16/21. Our follow up appointments and results were finally posted in the patient portal today, 1/4/22. The procedures went well for us and we experienced no problems. However, we were greatly displeased with Dr. Gajula’s bed side manner. Our initial visit/consultation with her was via phone, our first in-person meeting was in the operating room. Dr. Gajula did not introduce herself; it was all business. The following day of our procedures we were both contacted by her office to ensure that we were not experiencing any problems. Both of us did not receive calls from the office to schedule our follow ups. We had to call the office to schedule follow ups only to be told that it would be weeks before we could schedule a visit and discuss our results. Today, a few hours before our appointment we were contacted about co-pays for our follow up visits. However, during the initial consultation we were told that our insurance covered our entire procedure. I messaged the office to share my concerns about the co-pay for our follow up visits. Martha called immediately, apologized, and went into problem solving mode. She informed us that our scheduled follow up visit quote was not correct because the remaining balance was due from our insurance company. Hence, there was no charge for the follow up visits. Thankfully, Martha rescheduled our appointments today to discuss our results with Dr. Gajula.
