Dr Kaw is a very kind man. His office staff, however, is extremely incompetent. Dr Kaw indicated that he needed a cardiologist release prior to performing a colonoscopy. His staff sent to release to my cardiologist who in turn complied with the request and sent the release. Dr Kaw's staff claims that the cardiologist never responded. His staff refuses to follow up and continues to claim they never received anything. The attitude of his staff is that "it's not my job man, if you want a colonoscopy then you must settle this yourself.". Ok I guess I will be using another doctor for my colonoscopy!

Dr. Kaw is a wonderful doctor with a kind personality. On the other hand his office staff have to be amongst the rudest have ever encountered. I discussed his staff with Dr. Kaw and he promised changes would be made hit a year later my blood is boiling over how rude they are. Good luck getting a phone call answer too.

Go to a place where the Doctors can really help you, they really didn't help me at all and the staff has no idea what they're doing.

If I could give this doctor a negative score I would. I was recommended to Dr. Kaw, which I never went his way. Doesn’t care about your health. Money is the objective, find someone else.
