First let me say the staff here is phenomenal. Over five years, I have been a client at infusion, lab, and physical therapy. I am confident that I am getting the best care possible. A year or two ago this location started phasing in computer kiosk check in and, consequently, phasing out customer service. Not everyone can use the self check in system. There may be physical, skill set, or systemic reasons. I think it is perfectly reasonable to have self service as an option. But is horrible customer service to expect those of us who can't or even just choose to interact with people rather than a computer screen to explain ourselves every visit and then receive a lecture about how we better adapt because this will soon be the only way to get to our appointment. If that's the case, I am sure I can find somewhere to schedule an appointment where the person behind the desk says, "I will be happy to help you" when I arrive.
Everyone kind and friendly
Very Bad Service ,ridiculous Bills and i do not recommend to anybody
The best hospital and customer service I have ever had. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder and had no where else to turn to but at MD Anderson. They made me feel like a person and not just a medical number. The office staff in the breast clinic is just amazing and was always kind and courteous. But my doctors and the team that I had always made me feel comfortable and made sure I always had the best treatment. With me traveling to Sugarland from Austin every week, it was taking a toll on me and my family, so they made an effort to find someone in my area to treat me for the remainder of the time. It was so bittersweet leaving them and without them I wouldn't be were I am at today.
I've been coming here for over a year for chemo treatments, the staff is the best ever! Everyone is always very nice, they do whatever they can to help you. The building is beautiful and the parking isn't bad.
The medical staff are world class and the admin staff are super nice. What more can you really ask?The building has ample parking, thanks to a multi-story parking structure.Nearby there are plenty of places to eat at Sugar Land Town Square Plaza.
They are not my doctor , nurses or the front desk staffs. They are my friend, my brother and sister. They are a group of loving and caring person. They made me feel so warm and forget about my trouble every time I was there for a treatment. Thanks very much Dr. Lewis, Brittany all the nurses and all my friend at the front desk.
Having to get radiation treatments here but super friendly staff and some good food around close by like Azuma sushi and Post oak grilll, and churasco's. The facility is nice too.
During 6 months of visits to MD Anderson Cancer Center, my experience was very good with the doctors, front desk staff, nurses, and lab unit. Michelle and Tammy - two front desk staff ladies in the Medical Oncology Department gave outstanding customer service. wonderful. Michelle and Tammy were very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful to the patients and family members visiting the 2nd floor patient check-in area. Dr. Arzu and Dr. Tu were great. I would highly recommend them to any one experiencing breast cancer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
