Worst experience with a medical practice by far! I was told on the phone to just walk in and say I’m a new patient for an appointment. The lady took no details over the phone. Not even a date of birth or name to confirm an appointment. I even questioned this with the lady but she said it was okay. So I did exactly as they asked. I walked in and showed up. From the moment I stepped in to the clinic, literally, it was looks full of judgement. I was instantly uncomfortable. They acted confused to the point I had to double check I had walked into the correct place. There were two lady’s on the front desk being stone cold rude. Eventually, I was allowed to see the doctor after much back and forth, the doctor was no better. She showed no care. Any prescription that I had requested seemed to be too much for the doctor to prescribe. The only thing she gave me was referrals. I also needed a doctors note for school, a legit one proving my visit and reason of visit. That too was an issue for the doctor. She gave me a hand written sick note. I had asked the doctor for a copy of my record to which she simply said “No.”. I had to tell her that I’m entitled to my documents for her to print me something (still not a full document). I had to book in with another doctor on the same day (mind y’all it’s past 5 pm at this point) at Village Medical whom was able to prescribe me everything I needed. He was so compassionate and actually listened rather than standing at a computer tapping away and on the phone. The doctor at Mei Zhang MD clinic didn’t even conduct a physical assessment. It was just a conversation. Anyway, point is… this clinic is atrocious and lacks professionalism from front office to back office. Avoid at all costs! They’ll only waste your time. P.s. the only reason I went to this practice was because they were my PCP on my insurance and I needed an appointment ASAP!

Disgusting doctor, enrolled in Molina insurance plan, but you you arrive in office, she said not accepting Molina. You need to remove your name from Molina network, so not wasting people's time.

I am a receptionist at a Dr.'s office that had faxed a Request of Medical Records for a mutual patient last month. I sent the same request for his wife as well and we did get all of her medical records, but for some reason, getting his records is quite difficult. The way the doctor's office and receptionist responds to my question of why they sent ALL his spouse's medical records, but can't send ALL his medical record still baffles me, even today as I called. I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming to this Doctor's practice at all as she doesn't even care for her patients' well being.

Dr. Zhang Mei is a great doctor, but the staff is not doing well in arranging appointments. She arranged for everyone to come in at the same time. We have to wait more than an hour in order to see the doctor.

結識張醫師已經超過10年了，她是一位非常有耐心和關心病人的一位宅心仁厚的醫生，我先生有三高的病情，但是又不想看醫生視而不見 聽而不聞自己的病，只要我去診所她就會提到我先生的潛在危險，一直擔心他的病情，直到有一天先生昏了過去送去急診，張醫師始終一直追踪他的病情，直到好轉，我由衷感謝她為我家庭的成員把關，謝謝！BTW,張醫師的醫美也是很历害的，收費合理非常的細心！
