It's been nearly six years but she was the absolute best when I had my surgery for my breast cancer. Very sweet!

Dr. Crosby is an angel. I met her at the worst time in my life- two days after finding out I had invasive breast cancer. She has been an angel to me, and has done a remarkable job in reconstructing my breasts. I have referred many friends to see her, and would recommend her a thousand times over. She truly cares for her patients, and goes the extra mile to help with insurance coverage. Her loyalty lies completely with her patients.

Dr. Crosby removed my breast implants in Sept. I have health issues & no longer wanted any foreign material in my body. (I had saline, but I'm referring to the plastic bags) She told me I was one of the lucky ones who wouldn't need a lift and that I would only lose some of the fullness. She was correct. My breasts look great! My boyfriend agrees! lol Anyway, I saw her during covid and felt very comfortable as she and her office, along with the hospital were taking all the necessary precautions. I will see her again for other things. She is very sweet & her staff is great! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Crosby is very sweet, however I was not pleased with the filler she injected in my lips. My lips don’t look different at all. I believe she injected the filler behind my lips. She also used a cannula to inject first but it bursted all over me and she didn’t clean it up off my face and neck.. this was my first time getting lip fillers and I wish it was a better experience. She did make sure I was comfortable, but I don’t think she specializes in lips. I also got Botox and one side still hasn’t evened out. I emailed the office manager and she said if I still wasn’t happy in a few days to call back and they could create a new quote for me. I didn’t think that was appropriate considering it should have been done correctly the first time. I would think that after spending over 1k on these two procedures that were both done incorrectly that I wouldn’t have to spend more money. I’m a single mother so this was not chump change for me. Now I have to wait six weeks and spend more money to get my lips and Botox fixed. I’m not happy. Anyways, I will go elsewhere in the future.

My Girlfriend had breast and arm plasticsurgery and all went well. But after 30 days of healing. She saw one of her nipples that was to high. So she called the doctor office and the set her a appointment and then called back 15 days later and reset for addition 30 days. That not that bad part. The bad part is after 20,000 dollar paid on both surgery the front office had the nerve to charge her 200.00 for fixing the doctor mistake. Also her arms scars dis not come out well and we will have to pay for that to be fixed. The doctor has forgotten one important rule. Carry for your patience. You would think that the 200 cost after paying them 20,000 plus dollar of hard earned money, they would take that in Account. Not surprised at all by this and people lack of just not looking or the staff or manager carrying about their clients. Be careful when dealing with this Doctor.

My wife could not have receive better care than from Dr. Crosby, Angie, and Lori. They are caring people who treat you as you would treat a friend. God bless y'all!

Dr Crosby is the most caring and best of what she do she listens What you want and guide and help you. I would definitely recommend
