Go somewhere else if possible! Such a pain to schedule an appt. On hold forever..I don't understand why they don't have an online scheduling option. Once we finally scheduled an appt they cancelled it the day before because they needed authorization and said they would call us. A week later still no call. So I call them and turns out I don't even need authorization so now I have to go through the scheduling process again which is taking forever. They need a better system.

I think there is only 1 phone line for scheduling appointments for the entire network. I had to try 4 times, each time being on hold for nearly 40 minutes. Each time being on hold, the line would disconnect after 40 minutes. Scheduling is a nightmare, be warned.

I have been on hold for 1hr to try to make an appointment. Someone came on about 10 minutes could asking if I could hold for a few minutes. Is this normal?

I had an amazing experience at this facility. The MRI tech, I believe his name was John, was very patient with me and helped calm my nerves during my appointment!!

I have tried to have one MRI done and it has been rescheduled 4 times. Really? Apparently they only have one machine and it is always out of work. To add to the pain I have tried to change the place (they have more offices around the city) but it is very difficult. I have been waiting for a long time at the phone only to be asked to leave a message...what a disappointment!

I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. I’ve been waiting to talk to someone. I’ve tried calling other times and no one ever answers. I give up.

Clean office with friendly staff. They got me in fairly quickly and the young lady that did my x-rays seemed knowledgeable. Seems like a run well place and they are still following CoVID protocols which made me feel more comfortable. I think I save some $$ to coming to this location.
