Nasrullah Manji's Online Review Report Card

Update: Got in touch with someone finally who ended up being rude about me complaining that nobody picks up the phones. She tells me, “I’m sorry sir that no one picks up the phone when you call but we literally pick up calls all day.” The irony in what she said was that I could hear 2 other telephone lines constantly ringing in the back and no one attending the call LOL. I told her, “Ma’am I can hear the phones ringing in the back right now and no one is attending them.” She goes,”can I help you with anything else? I can pick up those phones when I’m done with your call.” I will be having a word with Dr. Manji about his stellar staff next visit. This facility must be run by all robots because I can't seem to get a hold of a human being anytime I call this office. Even Dr. Manji's Harvard board certified glory can't save this incompetent staff from performing their duties. In person, everyone is present and helpful, as soon as you leave the office after paying them, it's a different story. I wish I could've taken my mother somewhere else for her colonoscopy but this seems to be the closest location to us. They should just throw their appointment system in the garbage because you will be waiting for more than an hour every visit despite making one! They also charged us up front for it despite having insurance which was dumb. I believe they owe me a refund and I'll will surely get to it, if anyone ever picks up the phone.

The employees were not nice and said things that were nice at all

He is not a good listener. He did not except the other doctors diognasis. He is not listening his patients. I don't know if they teach that in "Harvard". His office is the worst I have seen them returned back the elderly patient which has been waited very long time. I have never seen that careless office.

Dr. Manji and his team are awesome. I have been under his care for the last 30 some years and he has saved my life a couple of times now. I have IBS and If it wasn't for his professional help I may not be alive today. He listens and cares what you have to say, not like must doctors. He is very caring. He treats you like his own family. I will and have recommend him to anyone that needs a good gastroenterologist. Dr. Manji will always be one of my doctors I turn to for digestive issues.

I met Dr. Manji for the first time after my PCP referred me to him for a colonoscopy. My first experience with him was wonderful despite all the apprehension that naturally comes with the impending diagnosis of a serious disease. He explained the disease in a very professional yet empathic manner. I had a lot of questions and every question was answered to in the best way possible. I am not sure if I could have received a better service anywhere else. The staff was very professional and courteous as well reflecting the great professionalism of the doctor himself. I have no hesitation as to recommending this great physician to anyone with GI needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nasrullah Manji for approximately 20+ years. He is an excellent Gastroenterologist that has over 41 years of experience, and I have been a part of that for half. The staff has change over the years, but in the latter of my visits. I knew his staff personally and the only one left from the beginning of my care is the front desk staffer by the name of Helen. There was and continues to be professionalism at its finest. I would like to say thank you Dr. Manji and staff for continuing to be there for your patients.

Worse experience ever. Starting from the front office to Doctor , Only intention of this Dr. office to steal all your money. They charge a large amount money for everything and the service very poor. I paid approx.. $500 for the doctor to check the endoscopy results at the facility. My procedure was delayed for 4 hours just waiting on the doctor. I had to make numerous calls to get the money back on a cancelled procedure , finally got the money after 4 months and they paid only 60 %. Still waiting waiting for the biopsy results after the endoscopy completed in 01/22. Please be aware of all this before visiting Dr.Manji's office.

Have been going to Dr. Manji for almost 30 years and he has helped me recover from two serious illnesses. He's dedicated and professional.

Dr. Manji and his team are simply awesome. Their compassion for their patients is very commendable. Dr. Manji goes out of his way to help his patients to make sure they have a great experience. I would highly recommend him and his team.
