Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

The physician’s assistant I saw this evening was extremely thorough and had a great bedside manner. I was very impressed. I went a few months ago as well and I was also really pleased with the physician’s assistant I saw that time.

I visited this facility this morning. The physician and PA came in to examine and the physician stated I would need sutures to be done. The PA comes back in and says he changed his mind and he put dermabond ( skin glue) on it. Its now bleeding again! They were too lazy or incompetent to do sutures! I could have purchased skin glue from Walgreens myself!

If I could give them a zero I would. I came in at 10:30 am. They told me a 3 hour wait. I was fine with that because COVID of course long waits. At the four hour marker I called the answering system they told me not to go in until I was texted or called. At the six hour marker I called again. The lady said people have been waiting longer than I have. Finally by the eighth hour I walked in. Told them I’ve been waiting for 8 hours and they did not say anything. The lady just stared at me and said I can let you go in now. Not a sorry or anything. Best part is if you’re sick you do not get any medicine either. Go somewhere else!

I've lost faith in Next Level Urgent Care facilities. When I desperately needed their service, they FAILED to deliver!  My daughter cut her arm resulting in a huge gash requiring stitches. I took her to Next Level Urgent Care as it is right across the hall from my doctors office. We arrived at 3:20 pm and their closing time was  9:00pm.  The receptionist stated they were not taking any more patients for the day with no concern that I had a child that needed urgent medical attention. I was appalled that they were not concerned enough to accept my daughter and take care of her.  I guess their name says it all, they are the NEXT LEVEL DOWN below true urgent care!  I will not be using them in the future.

I’ve been to this clinic for back pain, the flu, sinus problems and I get nothing but quality service from the time I walk in til the time I leave! Thank you to Everyone who plays a role in making this a great urgent care facility! God bless each and every one of you!

Checked in online, was seen within 5 mins of arriving. After a quick vitals check by Maggie, Mira helped diagnose my fracture, showed me the X-ray, recommended follow up care, and I was out of there within 30 mins.Before I went I made sure they accepted my insurance and I was out of there for $20. Will definitely go back. Waiting room was full of people upon exit- recommend checking in online.

If you are an adult (over 50) and want to be treated like a 5 year old, this is the place for you. Went in with back pain that kept me up all night and was told it wasn’t that bad. I have a high pain tolerance and it IS that bad. I was told to sleep on the floor. REALLY!?!

If I could give it a 10 star I would! I went in for a COVID-19 test with my mother and Leslie was extremely gentle and friendly. She even walk outside to meet me with results. Outstanding costumer service, great iob!

Leslie was very sweet with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and welcomed! It’s rare to experience kind care when these girls are working long shifts but Leslie took care of us right away!
