I was greeted and taken care of from the moment I walked in. The Tech Alicia was very nice,polite, and asked the pertinent questions to prepare for the Dr. MATHEWS. DR. MATHEWS WAS very thorough in her eye exam and I was comfortable with her assessment.

My experience with Dr.Mathew was terrible. Yes, the office was clean and comfortable. Office staff seemed knowledgeable at first. Technician was pleasant. However, when Dr.Mathew walks in the room, she says hello...sits down..looks at my paperwork briefly...I tell her that I need hard lens contacts...she jumps up, says that she doesn’t fit hard lens contacts..and runs to the door! I hear her whine to to her technician about it! (This is my first and last visit to this place)...the technician,Alicia, comes in and explains that Dr.Mathew only fits soft lens and gave me info for places affiliated with them that fits hard lens...when I made the appointment, this was not disclosed to me! As a professional, I expected more...I felt that the MD should’ve apologized for the inconvenience and explained their practice! That was piss poor customer service and I would NEVER give her a recommendation. I have been wearing contacts since I was in high school and I have NEVER had an experience as such! Lack of communication and piss poor customer service.

Dr. Mathew focus and attention to details are unmatched with all aspects of her business. Her focus on his patients makes you feel like part of his family. She tells you like it is, and gives you the right information all the time in order for you to make the best decisions about your vision. Her front staff greets me with a smile and is always cheerful. I would definitely recommend!

Took my 15 year old daughter to see Dr. Matthews for a glasses and contact lens exam .. she was great and so was her staff .. will recommend friends and family ..

This Dr. seemed as though she was in a hurry through my entire exam. Made me question her ability. After she gave me my eyeglass lenses prescription I took it to the optical department at the same location. After getting my new glasses I explained to the optician that I could not see things sharply and my old lenses were better than the new ones. Ended up returning the lenses for credit. Went to a different Dr. for a new exam and I now have new glasses that let me see things clearly.
