THIS OFFICE IS A SCAM I CALL TO SEE IF THEY TAKE MY INSURANCE SHE NO BUT ITS ON THE WEBSITE THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY
I wanted to give a good review but unfortunately I had to give 1 star review. I had an appointment with Dr. Mona Zaher in March. My insurance required a copy of the copay bill to justify my FLEX spending. I've called her office and left a message to request a copy. Her staff called me back after a week and asked for a fax number. I asked if her staff can email the bill copy because other doctor offices do because I couldn't find a fax number nearby at that time. That staff said they don't do email (!?!?!). So I accepted the Fax option, then she told me I had to fax a writing document saying the request nature, and then they will return with a copy. Trying to find the easiest option for both sides, I asked her can she mailed the copy to my physical address, she said that I need to send a pre-stamp envelop or I have to come and pickup from the office, meaning they didn't want to cost 1 envelop and 1 stamp (really!?!?!). I finally gave up and told her that I will come and pick it up from the office. She said she will call me when it's ready. And I haven't heard anything since then... Wow, an established medical office couldn't help their patient with such a small request. Totally disappointment!!!
Amazing doctor!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
