I called this office three times leaving messages, no answer and no call back. Dr Parr needs to take note of this, he's good, been my doctor for more than 15 years, and i love going to his practice, but the office service is going south. My insurance requesting that I call his office and have them get a prior authorization, HOW can I do this when no one answers or give a courtesy call back???! I’ve been waiting for three months for this prescription. I'm sorry, but people need to know. Personally, I'm done.

Dr. Parr is one of the best doctors, actually the best doctor. I brought my 17 month old son for evaluation of a limp and Dr. Parr was so kind, comforting, reassuring, informative, genuine, just amazing. His staff did everything to help my son get through the appointment smoothly, even the x-ray went great. The appointment was quick and concise. Did not have to wait long to get an appointment and was very grateful for that as we were extremely worried about our son. Thank you so much, Dr. Parr and everyone in the office, for a wonderful experience. We left so happy and thankful! Definitely recommend!

My son broke his collarbone, and the ER referred us to Dr.Parr I can honestly say, he’s very knowledgeable and comforting. Very nice Dr & his staff was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend!

Some time Dr. Parr forget to administer the anesthesia before a painful procedure, last visit no anesthesia and I have to suffer for two weeks before the pain succeeded. Why ?

Brenda was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She was yelling at the phone. I was shocked that how she got the job with this type of rude and disrespectful personality. I requested Gina to help my sister but it was disappointing. My elderly mother was waiting in the parking lot with an attendant and it is extremely hot weather. Sister was there before her appointment time.

The services that I receive from Dr Parr is excellent. Dr. Parr and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Appreciate Dr. Parr taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment . Was referred over by my PCP Dr. Ajani and can see why. Highly recommended.

Dr. Parr is an amazing surgeon with fantastic technical skill as well as a warm bedside manner. He saw me after another surgeon screwed up my joint replacement and ended up doing a quad reconstruction, giving me 120 degree flexion back after I came to him with 60. I am forever indebted to him for this but he continues to provide exceptional care to me for all my orthopedic needs. ❤️

Dr. Parr and Dr. Mier are both top notch orthopedic MDs. I have taken my athletic family to Dr. Parr for 2 decades and recently had to see Dr. Mier for a foot injury. He has a great bedside manner and is a knowledgeable physician, he and his assistant did a wonderful job taking care of me.

Dr. Jasmeen is a good doctor, but the staff is so worst that never pick up the phone, or call you back in 24 hours. I was lost in finding the building, I called three times, nobody answers me. When I reached the facility, all three staff were busy socializing. After my visit, the staff forgot to send my medicine to the pharmacy, I have to call 5 times. Now I need my MRI referral, I have been calling for two days, but no one has answered me yet. This is the worst medical facility to go to. I have to find other facility where the first contact person is caring to patient.
