My dad has stage 4 cancer now because 4 years ago, Dr. Fiesinger followed my dad's request to not take the PSA test for his prostrate. If he truly says he provides service for preventive and well care for his patients, he should have at least showed more concern when we told him this news. But there was no empathy when my dad had a follow-up visit with him a few days ago. We all need doctors nowadays who should show more compassion with their patients, not just to collect fees from us.

So this Dr base his decisions on what his patients tell him. If his patient didn't want a test done on him for whatever reason, he will say ok. My dad now has stage 4 cancer. This would have been prevented if this Dr did his job with more compassion and be more an educator to his patients by giving them options. He should always put himself if this patient was his parent, what would he do?

Didn't have any problems before. .Now, it's more of a longer wait. . I never waited 45mins to be seen usually I am seen less then 10mins..... and 10mins inside the doctor office to wait, usually it would be less then 5mins to seen by the Dr. PLUS MY EXTRA 15 mins wasn't included when I came 15MINS early before my appointment time. I had to go back to work... in 20mins, I had to leave my appointment, and let the lady know that I will reschedule when I have a day off... And also, they didn't have no rooms filled when I was walking to the back where the lab room is. And I got mad when I heard the doctor voice next door to my room when there was nobody there when I walked by.. and when I left ,that door was closed.. and i left.. I'll be looking for another physician!

I'm 74 and Dr. Fiesinger is the BEST medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

He is patient, knowledgeable and very caring. The best doctor I’ve ever had. He always listens no matter how busy he is. I feel blessed to have found him.

I have decided to look for a better healthcare professional with more efficient staff. It is a hassle to schedule appointments or to get accurate information when I contact the office. Dr. Fiesinger is off on Tuesdays and the other physicians break for lunch until 2pm! There are plenty of physicians out there that can accommodate patients in a better manner.

Great Doctor. But overworked. I waited almost two hours past appointment time, and there was still 4 patients in front of me waiting. When Dr McClendon passed away, everyone went to Dr Fiesinger.
