Victor Lizarraga's Online Review Report Card

I came here on Jan. 4th 2018. I had been dealing with bladder pain, urgency and frequency since 2014. I was not able to sleep at night because of the constant trips to the bathroom. I finally got health insurance and decided to go to a urologist despite my fears. He had good reviews and at the time the health insurance I had didn't have a lot of options for good doctors with raving reviews. I came here thinking I was finally going to get answers but instead my anxiety was on high. He had me do a CT scan to make sure I didn't have any tumors and he did a ultrasound to make sure I was emptying my bladder completely. I believe he told me I had an overactive bladder. I didn't even fit the symptoms for an overactive bladder. I brought up the symptoms of interstitial cystitis but was told it's not that. So he gave me a sample of medicine for an overactive bladder to try I didn't take it because of the side affects and there wasn't an accurate diagnosis given. The staff as well as Dr. Lizarraga was all kind, but I wish my concerns were taken more serious and more test were ran. Other doctors that I went to after him told me more could have been done so I don't think I was asking too much. I finally got a diagnosis of interstitial cystitis (IC) with an urogynecologist who listened to me and understood my frustrations. I'm writing this review to just say being kind isn't enough please take your patients concerns and frustrations serious and listen and do whatever test is necessary to get them an accurate answer.

Doctor Victor LIzarraga is the best physician i have come in contact with. because he made everything easy by communication. He explain the ailment and the treatment in a way i will understand and he is attentive to question and gives an answer. thank you Doctor

I came to this place alot before once I got late they refuse to take me a d they lied to me said doctor left even I can see him inside with other patients I woke up early because of them and I drove 20 Miles all what they said sorry won't take shame I can't believe how they lied to me

Dr victor he great doctor and staff is awesome I was worried at first when me and my father first visit but after I have spoken to him level of experience and talk I mean u literally feel like u are in great hand and he talk to u and explain very well and give u all option and suggest u what best for u in ur medical cast thank you dr victor

This physician is unbelievable. He will ask questions and will explain all possible treatments and outcomes in detail. I have never been to a medical practitioner who devotes so much time to listen to the patient. His staff is very courteous and respectful. The best experience I’ve ever had in a medical office.
