Review Summary
You Only Younger received 91.2% positive feedback, with patients praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent facials, and caring atmosphere. However, 8.8% of the feedback was negative, primarily citing communication issues, remote treatment inefficacy, and perceived pressure to purchase services. Overall, You Only Younger excels in personable service yet it needs better remote program management and price transparency.ScoreDoc Score

Very informative. And helpful staff all around.
Dr Z, the acupuncturist is fabulous. She is intuitive and caring. Highly recommend!
Kami is inspirational and professional, always sharing her knowledge and the latest time tested ways to look and feel our best! Thank you!
Love, love, love this place! Dr Kami and the entire staff are great and a wealth of knowledge. My health has improved immensely in the past 2 months.
I'm sure their med spa is fine, but if you are considering their "healing" plan, I highly suggest against this if you are not from Houston and will be remote. The owner accepted my $5,500, knowing I was remote and wouldn't be able to travel to Sugarland. However, every time I informed her I was not getting better she continually told me she could "fix" me if I was in-person and could run her in-person protocol. I was remote the entire time, and she knew this and still took my money. I have a medical issue that I told her about a few times, but she blew it off and continued the same "cookie-cutter" remote protocol. Towards the end of the 3-4 months (for $5,500) of remote work only, I informed her I was diagnosed again with this disease. Since it was the end of my "program" she rambled off multiple things I should do and then ghosted me. Not only did she ghost me, but I cannot tell you how many times her team completely dropped the ball on my follow-ups, supplements, etc. I had to reach out and remind them weekly what was needed. This may be a decent program if you are local and can see them in person, but the remote program is a complete waste of time and big money, and honestly, I was scammed out of $5,500. She sent me $1,000 because she knew they didn't take care of me, but I feel I should receive the entire $5,500 for wasting 3-4 months of my time on her program. Do not run the "healing" program if you plan to do this on a remote basis. It's a complete scam, and frankly, she stole from me. I should have known when she was selling me on the program, and it felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman. I had a bad gut feeling, but I was at the end of my road, and still am, but down $5,500. Thanks Dr. Kami. UPDATE: Your statement: "Regarding your claim of us "ghosting" you, we want to clarify that our communication paused only after you began making demands accompanied by threats, such as stating that you would leave negative reviews if a full refund was not provided." This is an outright lie. You began ghosting me when I told you I no longer wanted to be treated by you and your team, in which I then began to request a refund. The "threats (as you call them)" were made when you continued to ghost me. Not only did you scam me out of $5,500 when I was a dark place in my life but now you are lying to cover up a joke of a "remote" treatment plan. This is why you extended my treatment from 3 to 4 months, and you provided a $1,000 refund, which was not even close to sufficient for my wasted time and your promises.

The team at YOY is amazing! I enrolled in their nutrition/weight loss plan. I have never felt better and am learning so much about health and nutrition!
I only recently began dabbling in anti-aging skincare options. I had a Vi peel over a decade ago and microneedling a couple years ago elsewhere with lackluster results. After an online search, I decided to get a facial at You Only Younger last year and Felicia was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went through each and every item in my massive collection of random skincare products and told me what was good and bad. I’ve had a couple of facials with her since then but fell off track due to life and $$. I hope to be able to delve into more treatments like injectables and laser at YOY in the future.
The staff was quite rude over the phone when I inquired about a VI chemical peel so I decided not to book here.
My facial was amazing. Felicia was so informative and had my skin glowing. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
