Terrible wait times, overcrowded, disrespectful of special needs kids abilities to wait over an hour and a half!!!

It was awful!! We waited over an hour with a special needs kid- unacceptable!! The waiting room is nothing to play with and is overcrowded. They said it would be well over 1.5 hours of wait time after the appt time. Dont bother! No respect for special needs kids that cannot wait that long in a crowded room. Even typical kids would be hard pressed to wait this long.

My son has been seeing Dr.Bulan since he was 2 years old and he now 6 years old. I highly recommend him. He is patient and takes his time to explain everything.

Glad I could find a way to rate Dr. Bulan directly and not Texas Eye. I had the pleasure of having him as my ophthalmologist for 3 years. Sadly, I had to change doctors when "Texas Eye" was not in-network for my new insurance (employer's choice). He takes time to make sure you can ask questions and makes sure he answers all of them in a way that is easy to understand. Even if you think your question might be silly, he will make you comfortable to voice your concerns and not make you feel stupid for asking. I've had vision problems since birth, which included eye surgery at a young age and he helped me understand my eyesight better than I ever have. Truly sad about having to change doctors but I wanted to make sure Dr. Bulan gets a fair review since the Texas Eye reception staff and their lack of professionalism, which shows in their online reviews, overshadows such a great doctor. Thanks Dr. Bulan, you deserve 10 stars!

I called on a Friday morning, hoping to get my little guy in the following week. They were able to squeeze him in that afternoon. Dr. Bulan did not rush at all, and was very patient with a squirming 2 year old. I highly recommend him.
