I had made a google review and since I can't see it on there I'll leave one on yelp! I'll keep this one short. All I have to say is that this is the WORST HOSPITAL EVER!! Do not go here!! Very horrible service at least the pm shift!!

I requested a medical record a couple of days ago. I appreciate récord quickly being made available for my scheduled pick up.However, when Med Rec representative returned from break, I was treated so rudely. I myself work at a hospital and would immediately get dismissed if I was to treat patients in that manner. Have made numerous attempts to make complaint verbally but so far, after operator transfer my call, no one is available to pick up the phone.

I've been here since 5pm it is now 10:06pm and I am JUST NOW getting into a room. When I first arrived there were only 2 people in the waiting room (another patient and myself). I was told by the receptionist that it would be an hour wait for a room. That wait time turned into 4 hours! Once I finally got to the room the nurse started to try to put in an IV...I repeatedly told her something wasn't right and it hurt. She blatantly ignored me. About 3 mins passes and my arm starts to swell very badly and turn red. Apparently she didn't put it in a vein, she only put it in my skin...YAY. That's not even the half of my visit. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff is very rude and doesn't care about what you feel or have to say.

I had an extremely bad experience just like another reviewer with the billing part. I was told my insurance will cover and I will NOT need to pay anything for a simple xray (that was $45 in a free standing Xray place, and I knew that but was told i would pay nothing if I got it there). I was sent a bill of $1800+ for that same service. I have tried talking to the billing department and the management but no one has apologized for the misinformation or explained why I need to pay 20 times more for the same service.

RELEASED WITH A CONDITION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN FATAL! I only gave this review one star because I couldn't post it otherwise, but not even one star is deserved. Well St. Luke's, you've done it again! First you provided horrible care to my mother in 2012 and now my sister in 2018. In 2012 I had to write a letter regarding the horrible care my mother received at this facility. Only after that were there persons checking on her around the clock even before she could call. That shouldn't be what it takes to get quality care. And at that point it's not even genuine, it's more like obligation. Fast forward to Sunday, June 8, 2018, my sister against her better judgment and out of shear desperation comes into your facility in tremendous pain. She went through emergency. She was told she had acute gastritis. She was released from emergency with a prescription for Pepcid. She questioned not being given anything for pain but was told that was what she needed. She left the hospital. She left your hospital the same way she came in, in tremendous pain! We got the prescription filled and went home. She suffered in pain for hours. She called the hospital later that night and asked when should she start to fill some relief. She was told "the medicine doesn't work instantly, you have to give it time". Well my sister then asked should she come back because she was hurting so bad. She was told "you can if you want to, there is another doctor here now". She suffered through the night hoping the medicine would eventually provide some relief. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My sister went to see her primary care physician the next day. Her doctor sent her to emergency immediately, not for acute gastritis. My sister had to have emergency surgery to remove her appendix. We are thankful to God that she received the care she needed in time. We are also thankful that her appendix didn't rupture or burst. St. Luke's YOU BETTER BE THANKFUL TOO!

I gave birth in this hospital and my doctor was Dr. Karges. I had the best experience ever. Dr. Karges was very caring and professional. Rooms in the birthing center were big, nurses were amazing and the lactation specialist at the hospital offered lots of help. I would definitly recommend anyone touring to pick a hospital to really consider Saint Luke's health sugar land.

I went to the ER here this past October  21st in the morning.  I was admitted after somewhat of a wait which I did not understand because there was only one other couple there.  After taking me back to a room the nurse was very nonchalant and didn't seem to care about being there.  I asked for water and remote to the TV while waiting and was told that, "I'll get that for you in a minute", but never got water or remote.  I finally found the remote myself on a ledge of the bed behind me.  My urine sample stayed on the counter the entire time I was there.  It was never taken back for analysis.The doctor that saw me didn't seem to know how to treat my condition and said he was going to call an urologist for advice.  Long story short I was given Bactrim and sent on my way.  I would up going to the ER at Methodist on the 23rd because the problem had gotten very grave.  They performed tests that were not done at St. Luke's to diagnose the issue and was admitted afterwards.  My stay at Methodist was extensive and did not get released until the following Saturday afternoon.  All the time at Methodist I was on a very potent IV antibiotic.  What really irks me is now they're calling for payment.  I guess the settlement amount they agreed upon with the insurance was not enough.  I would not recommend going here unless it was something minor.  They appear, to me anyway, not to be able to handle anything beyond what could be taken care of in a primary care office.

St. Luke's Hospital Sugar Land, TX has the worst emergency room in Sugar Land. My parents were visiting and mother took very ill with a fatal condition therefore we went to the nearest hospital St. Luke's Sugar Land..We've been in the ER waiting room for 2 hours and still haven't been seen.. the service here is awful.. PLEASE Don't take your loved ones here they're the worst!!!!!!!!!

I took my mother to the ER, as we have many times before. This time her care was entrusted to Dr. Mary Stone. Unlike before we were very concerned about our mothers care. Dr. Stone appeared drowsy, unable to formulate complete thoughts and plan for my mothers care. Our biggest concern was Dr. Stone smelled like cannabis and alcohol. We requested to speak with a Supervisor to report the situation, and felt it was best to discuss with the Supervisor other then the ER staff, for fear they may treat our mother differently and concerned they were aware the physician was intoxicated on the job and was not concerned. Later the nurse returns to discharge my mom, and no physician return to discuss findings, and the Supervisor never came. After going home and my mother symptoms progress, we went to Methodist Sugarland and my mom was admitted and had surgery. We have written to Chi St. Luke's Sugarland Hospital and reported the situation. As far as we know Dr. Stone is still practing in that ER.

Had a total knee replacement December 6, 2016. Had Anesthesia doctor  poking around my spine hitting bones  instead of getting medicine in spine. Finally he moved down too a better spot on my spine. Numb from the waist down had 2 males nurses putting a catheter in with everything exposed to who ever walked by the window in the room. It was horrible and humiliating as an older woman. They are not sensitive to things like that. I felt violated. If I had a heart attack in front of this hospital I would insist they take me to another hospital. I will never step foot in this hospital again. Hated it. Since my doctor only uses this hospital looks like I'll be changing doctors.
