I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Goldstein and his clinic. I just graduated after my first retrieval and first transfer with them. I write this review while my newborn miracle baby sleeps next to me all thanks to Dr. Goldstein and the incredible staff at Fertility Specialists of Texas. We came to him disheartened after suffering a miscarriage with our previous fertility clinic. We had our consultation with him in March and were pregnant by November. There was a level of transparency with this clinic that we did not have previously. All levels, test results, even your medical history is at your fingertips. The patient portal is user friendly and they always get back to you in a timely manner in regards to any questions or issues. Dr. Goldstein always listened to our concerns and tailor-made an approach that worked best for my body. When we asked for a more aggressive approach, he listened and got us results. He will always take your input into account. We are so thankful that we found him. We will definitely be returning for our future babies. Absolutely adored working with Dr. Goldstein. He is so hands on, I saw him at every single appointment. He took the time to answer any and all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His coordinator Charlotte was also extremely helpful. She took time to explain everything, organized medications on a calendar and did her best to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. The nursing staff is also wonderful. Terrible bedside manner. Terrible experience. They misdiagnosed my infertility issue as well as my husband’s. Basically made me feel like I would never get pregnant. Got a second opinion and am now pregnant. Would not recommend this office or this Dr to anyone. Raised prices on us. I cannot say enough negative things about this office. Steer clear. Sooo thankful for Dr. Goldstein!!! We worked with him twice for two full rounds of IVF and were successful with both. He has a wonderful bedside manner, never acts like he's in a hurry even though you know he's super busy and super personable. We love him and his staff and suggest him to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

Dr. Goldstein and his entire team at the Frisco location are wonderful! They all took great care of me during my treatments and I am very grateful to have found such a knowledgeable Dr and caring office.

Doctor Goldstein was a perfect fit for my husband and I! He is someone who is VERY intelligent and it shows in his work! When you have a Doctor who you completely trust it makes the whole process so much easier. He also has a wonderful heart! You can tell he has found his gift in life and is doing what he loves. Staff has no clue what they are doing one year they bill you one amount and tell you that you bill will be the same the next year the next year less than 20 days from the due date of the bill they send you an email, they don't even have the professionalisms to send a bill or call, and the raise the cost buy almost 50% the office manager has no clue what he is doing and if the doctors has any common sense they would get rid of him.

Dr.Jerald Goldstein is not CARING and very RUDE. He doesn't care much about our situation but more care about if he could do the surgery and get the payment. I feel that I'm just a patient for him. He didn't explain our situation very well and is impatient. He even mixed my medical records with other patients and misdiagnosed mine (I checked again in another clinics to confirm if he's misdiagnosed) Luckily I didn't follow his advice. I would recommend Dr. Goldstein to anyone trying to conceive. He was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in the right hands. Thanks to him, we were able to conceive our little boy who was born on July 17, 2020. We will surely use him again for baby #2.
