FRUSTRATING! WORST EVER! What a joke... After today's experience I can echo dissatisfaction heard in the previous review. This office is at best unprofessional. ALL employees I came into contact with take no responsibility for their failures to act. From the front desk to the "short timer" nurse they are the absolute worst. My elderly mom has been requesting a Rx refill from this office for 2 weeks! Each time she called (multiple days) she left a message and there was zero response or a return call. Zero! When she finally gets someone to actually answer she gets the runaround followed by guess what? Zero return phone call(s), as promised.2 stars for the doc because he never examined my mother before punting her off to another doctor. But hey, he sure wanted to schedule her for a colonoscopy!ZERO STARS FOR STAFF! Every failure on their part that i brought up was met by "not my fault". How hard is it to return a phone call? How hard is it to follow up on a message? Perhaps Miss Thang should try flipping burgers if she can't handle customer service. She would probably be happier there and never have to speak inappropriately to a customer/patient.Why doesn't staff explain to patients up front (especially the elderly) that they cannot use their own pharmacy? Is this allowed in the Christus system?So the lesson here dear readers is to steer clear from this office. Drive on, drive a hundred miles if need be. Don't question anything or they'll call security on you (yeah that happened too)By the way I worked 32 years as a DFW metroplex firefighter so I know a little something about no excuses customer service.

The worst office personnel I've ever experienced. You give them an insurance card every visit and pay for copays and three weeks later get a bill for an out of office visit for a full $179.00. Insurance frauds is what they are and take your money. This practice is a JOKE!! Try and get a hold of the office for refill authorization or speak with anyone. Not going to happen.

i have only made one visit with Dr.Milad.He seems to be very up beat & likeable.Like all Doctors he talks to fast for this old man.He explains things but like all Doctors its like he has to catch a bus and he is late.But i like him ,--- will know more after my operation.If he gets me threw my operation I WILL BE BACK AND GIVE HIM A GLOWING REPORT.GOD BLESS & GUIDE Dr. Milad,s hand.
