My husband died here due to their negligence, he was not given an interpreter, given medication without our consent, intubated and sedated without our permission Awful service by doctors and staff, stay home if you are sick or go to another hospital if not you will end up dead. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst experience ever! Took my husband in last night and was told given his condition and his medical history he would be seen rather quickly. Also told given his condition to wait in our car not the ER because of Covid. Was called 2 hours later by them to see if we were still waiting in our car. ??? Of course we were. By that time he was having chest pains and in excruciating pain. Told us to hold tight next available room and they would get him in. Two hours later and still waiting in our car. After 5 hours of waiting was told no rooms were available.

If I ever need to go to the ER this is the one I choose . Staff are nice, professional and attentive . They are very helpful and I never have to wait long.

If I could rate a 0 i would. This hospital has become to worse in the area and I will now go to Dallas Regional for medical attention. Every wait is over 6-8 hours. I was told to come back by a doctor in two days to have a pack removed. As i'm sitting here it's been 4 hours. Highly disappointed with this hospital... I came in Sunday with my vitals way higher than today and they didn't even have a concern Sunday. Just backwards and a COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT ... There's hardly anyone in this joint...

Spent 7.5 hours in emergency room rest rooms needed cleaning. I will say they made sure people put on their mask. I know they don't have control over the amount of people in the emergency room but it was tiring annoying waiting so long.
