List of Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dentistry's Reviews
The Dentist here was amazing. She repaired my baby’s tooth and it look better than before!! Wish they serviced adults! ☹️ But my children are in the best hands so that will do for now! 😊😊😊
Place sucks
Came in with my child to the Sunnyvale location I will never bring my child back here again. Unnecessary treatments, rude staff in the back checkout desk and they disregard any complaints.
We go to the Garland location but we love it! The staff is super friendly and the dentist was amazing with my 11 month old. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, go here! Either this location or Garland
First impression was great. Office is clean and colorful. Friendly staff and doctors. After a visual exam they told me my 2 year old had 2 to 4 cavities that needed to be filled. It was going to cost about $450 with insurance. I didn't feel comfortable with it because of my son's age. I took him to his previous dentist for a second opinion and he couldn't see any cavities and said he was too young for x-rays. We chose to wait until he turned 3 (6 months later) and got x-rays with his old dentist. No cavities. I am fearful of dentists who do unnecessary work, especially if they suggest general anesthesia, because of the tragic stories of children having bad reactions.
2/10/2021 Walking in we were greeted by a lady who politely asked us our name. She was behind a plastic barrier. Another lady on the same side of me proceeded to check our temp on our forhead. We were given paperwork to fill out from lady behind pladtic barrier. After I filled out the oaper work on a clip board and with their pen. When I was finished I set it on counter and temp Lady took the paperwork put it ready for the lady behind the plastic barrier. And then proceeded to wipe down the clipboard and pen. I was so happy to see this. We were called back promptly. Guadalupe cleaned my sons teeth. She was so interactive with my son so sweet, gentle and polite. They have a TV on the ceiling so they can watch their favorite movie. Nice relaxing water glass features to the left and right of each operatories. We were greeted by a very energetic Dr. Rex great smile behind his mask. Not very jumpy to do extractions. And very informative.Love it. He was very patient and kind to my son. Very gentle. Will definitely be requesting him in the next 6 months. Overall during this pandemic, I feel safe coming to this place.
LONG REVIEW BUT A MUST READ!!! Fun dentist for kids... but not such a pleasant experience for paying parents!!! I wasn't sure if to leave a review or not but after a second opinion and a much different experience at a different dentist, I had to...My son needed dental work. The dentist at Tiny Teeth told me it was necessary to remove 8 baby teeth. I thought that was extreme but I'm not the professional so I scheduled it and in comes the problems... I was initially quoted +/-$500. I found that surprisingly cheap so I double and triple checked with Celeste and she assured me that was the amount that would be collected before the procedure. I contacted my insurance a couple of weeks before the procedure and was told they would likely cover things that I was being charged for but that the dentists office could send in a pre determination and they would be able to provide a more accurate quote. I called the office and asked for that to done and was assured it would be done. The Friday before the procedure that was scheduled for a Monday, I get a phone call that we actually owe several thousands of dollars because Celeste was looking at the wrong numbers on the day I double and triple checked the amounts with her. I asked about the pre determination and was given the run around. After multiple emails that Friday, that each had different treatments plans and different dollar numbers (ranging in the thousands of dollars) I tried to speak with someone on the phone to get a straight answer, but I was bounced around to 3 different people who were all very evasive, until I was finally transferred to the office manager who told me that they never did a pre determination as I requested and the dentist was not in for them to be able to make sure that the treatment plan would not change. After different stories and emails between me and the office staff at Tiny Teeth I went in with the emails and all the various treatment plans and all the different quotes to try and get things resolved since my son was scheduled for Monday morning. As soon as I walked in the first thing Celeste said, before greeting a paying parent or anything was, "Where is your proof of what you are saying?" Luckily I had it all in my hand, but after laying it out for them no one cared, no one would take responsibility for dropping the ball, no one would listen to try and understand how this was a BIG problem to have various treatment plans the day before and various estimates, and NO ONE could assure me of ANYTHING other than to tell me I needed to pay BUT that number could be wrong because the dentist wasn't in to approve the treatment plan. Later that evening I got a phone call from the dentist and of course, it was painted as if I was unreasonably upset for no reason. Needless to say we found a new dentist and GUESS WHAT!?!?! NONE of my sons teeth needed to be removed... and Dr. Joel Shields office was able to give me an exact quote and treatment plan within minutes. The treatment plan and cost never varied or differed, we had a pre determination sent to us within 2 weeks of the procedure being scheduled and we never had to ask for one. Dr. Shields office simply knew what they were doing and have taken excellent care of my son!! I recommend you contact Dr. Joel Shields office if you are looking for a pediatric dentist.
I love this dentist so much! They are phenomenal, they do so will with my kids. They are so kind and understanding and do everything they can to makeSure the visits are fast and comfortable for the little ones. I highly recommend this dentist office 1000%.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I don’t usually write reviews but had to because of what an incredible practice this is. We have seen 3 different dentists at this location for both routine care + tooth trauma secondary to falls (boys...), and each + every time has been such a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, + just all around radiant. We are extremely pleased with our care at Tiny Teeth. If you have wee ones, bless yourself + come here. You will be in good hands!
Dr. Anya and her staff are courteous, fun, and my girls love them. My youngest is 3, and they were able to get her to open her mouth and let them clean her teeth, a first for her. They explained what they were doing in ways that she understood. My oldest is ten and Dr. Anya was patient and positive the entire time walking her through the procedures. Dr. Anya reinforced the importance of a clean mouth. I love this place! If you have small children who are a bit nervous or afraid, this is a great place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
