Worst doctor!! Doesn't listen, forces vaccines and doesn't care how the parents feel. Won't recommend anything but vaccines! Feeds off of first time nervous parents! I regret every going to dr west and quickly left!!

Dr. West is one of the best and most caring doctors I have ever met (My both parents are MDs so I can safely say that I have met decent amount of MDs in my life). She is detail oriented and very experienced in her field. She takes her time to listen what we have to say, pays great attention to our son during our visits, analyzes everything in detail, loves what she is doing, and cares for her patients as if they are her own children. She remembers even the smallest bits from our previous visits and refers to them when we visit her. She doesn't hesitate to call us when she has any concerns, takes time to explain each and every concern, and most importantly empathizes with her patients' and their families. We LOVE LOVE LOVE her and feel so LUCKY to be under her care. Choosing Dr. West as our son's primary care doctor was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We truly appreciate her.

Worst doctor I’ve ever met. Will never bring my son back to her. Makes assumptions based on a poor/limited assessment of symptoms. Does not seem to listen to concerns or care much at all.
