I was very sick and not getting well and I wasn't helped with any antibiotics nothing and got worse. It was a very rude visit. I finally found the nicest APRN who helped me with get well in a week. I will not be returning.

Very nice staff and always easy to get an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. Short wait time in waiting room. He spends time to listen to everything you have to say and ask. He’s even listened to me vent about my elder father who won’t follow his doctor’s orders and gave advice on how to deal with it. I would highly recommend him and his staff. The in house lab is also very convenient.

He is awesome! Although he will chew yo ass out if you are a smoker!!! (But only because he is so passionate about doing everything he can to get you back to living your best life!!) He is very friendly and personable, but he won’t hesitate to be blunt about things that you are doing that is not healthy!!!! That is what makes him extremely unique, and in my opinion.... it is also what makes him stand out as the BEST Physician in Texarkana! He literally told my best friends husband the reason he feels like shit all of the time was because his ass was over weight!! Omgosh! Only in Texarkana will you find a southern boy that has the nerve to say something like that to your face! Haha! But in all honesty- the truth hurts! Dr Graves never will shy away from being blunt when it comes to your health! I love that about him. I don’t want a Dr that is going to spoon feed me- I want a Dr that has my health as his main priority; I mean after all, Isn’t that what we pay them for!? You will always get the best treatment and advice from Dr Blane Graves! ALWAYS! It may not always be what you want to hear, but you can sure bet you ass that it is on point, and for your own good! Great Doctor. He is very caring. He recognized why I was sick. When the other doctor I saw for my problem didn't have a clue. Easy to get in to see him when you are sick. I called him late in the day and ask if they had any appointments for the next day. I was able to get an early morning appointment.

Dr. Graves has been very knowledgeable and thourough in the 5 years that I've been seeing him. He listens and spends the time to answer your questions. The staff is friendly and the wait times are short. I will give the doctor 5 stars but took one away because of Collum and Carney's billing errors.
