Cindy R. Porter's Online Review Report Card

Tried to get an appointment for my sons stomach (he had been having problems for a week). Set me up an appt at 3pm on my off day. Then 10 minutes later a nurse called and said that it was changed to 2:15 the next day. Called back and asked why my appt. was changed, she said that Dr. Porter stated that it would be better to see him tomorrow so she could do his 6 yr check up and for his stomach. I specifically said that the wellness exam could wait, that he was having severe stomach issues (problem visit) and that it needed to addressed today. She still wanted to wait until the next day (even though she had an opening that day). So I kindly dismissed my appt, and took my son somewhere else. What was going on with his stomach should have taken TOP PRIORITY over scheduling her appts so that it was convenient for her!!! She really made me see her in a different light.

Cindy Porter is not a great doctor at all!!! My son was a new patient, and it was his first visit we had never been there before I’m actually not even from Arkansas! We arrived there on time, but just because we wasn’t exactly 30min early she denied seeing my year old son who had been running a 103.4 fever!!!! He also needed his 1 year check up! The nurse called back there, and let them know we was on time just not 30min early and that we had trouble finding it not only that when we first got there it took us 10min just to get checked in at the front with all the new rules because of covid!!! She did not care and just didn’t want to hear it!!! We drove a hour in a half just so our son could be seen by her because there isn’t a lot of Pediatrician doctors where we live!! I would not recommend this dr at all!! We will be turning her in for this, and if my son progresses it will be on her!! We even had to take him to the er, and she has a er recommendation to see him ASAP!!!

This lady thinks she is the Godess of all Doctors. She has a rule that if you are not there 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment then you will be turned away. My pregnant wife took my son for a 1030 am appointment. She was there at 950 am, however because of their awfully slow receptionists checking people in she had to stand in line for 15 minutes. They docked her late and told her, "I know you've been waiting in line but you are late so you have to reschedule". We will not be going back and I hope Dr. Porter loses all of her patients to her overgrown ego and entitlement issues.

Waited for 3 hours while they were checking on son's insurance and finally went to ask if they had found out anything. They said they called me several times and I was a no show. I was waiting in the office. I didn't not hear them call my name once. They sent me on my way and my son did not get to see the doctor. Absolutely will not have any dealings with Collum & Carney EVER!!!!

Dr. Porter is amazing. Straight forward, knowledgeable, and connected to a great depth of specialists. Our experience so far has surpassed our definition of excellent care.

Wonderful! She was my pedi as a child now she's my daughters. Her personality is very bubbly and she has a calming sense about her.

Rude and unprofessional

She was the most amazing part of my daughters life from birth to a couple years ago, too bad they grow up , but kids have to I guess! Lol! Back to Cindy, I love that woman do much for being such a blessing to help my daughter through so many trivalous times with allergies and so many different specialists! Now that my daughter has grown into a beautiful young lady , I wish Cindy could see her now !
