My 7year old has seen Dr. Wright-Bowers since he was 2! I lover her! She listens to my concerns and does her best to calm all my fears!

The office staff is under staffed. I've been left on hold several times for more than 15 minutes. The staff is under educated for the job requirements, lacking knowledge regarding medical power of attorney and not able to keep accurate records. Dr Wright-Bowers is an excellent physician and we are very pleased with her care, therefore we are willing to put up with the inconveniences that the inadequate staff has caused us. They have a new staff member who is great, I hope they can keep her.

Kind and trustworthy for the past 3 years with two daughters and a few foster children. Doctor made refferals to Specilists when needed. Doctor asked questions and stays with us until all our concerns are addressed. The office is clean and staff is loving to the children giving stickers and I even saw one front desk clerk reach out to hold a baby as the Mom checked in. If Bowers is not available, the other Doctors will see patients as needed. Easy to use State Health Care without judgement.

Dr Wright is the best doctor that I know and would recommend her to every friend and relative and stranger that I will meet. I have been taking my daughter and sons to BFMC since birth and have never had the personal attention or caring of a doctor like Dr Wright! It makes me wish she was my doctor. She doesn't give up and sticks with your child until they are feeling better or until she can get them referred to someone who can help. All doctors need to take a page, no make that a few chapters from her book, because it makes a parent feel wonderful to know that someone else cares for your child. I can't sing her praises enough!!!! Thank you, Dr Wright. You alone have restored my faith in Pediatricians when I had just about given up!
