Dr. Tobey was a literal life-saver for me. I appreciate his knowledge and communication skills - he helps me understand. His genuine interest in me when he sees me is evident. Everyone in his office just complete the puzzle - they are all great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tobey for psychiatric care.

Dr. Tobey has treated me for anxiety and depression for several years. He listens and understands my concerns and symptoms and has worked with me to adjust medication as I dealt with my husband's cancer treatment and subsequent death. Not only is he very competent, he is also kind and compassionate.

i have seen Dr. Tobey for a year now and he is completely amazing. he works with you, hes down to earth and personable. he is incredibly nice as well as all of his staff, and most of all he is a complete genius in psychiatry. would defiantely recommend to any gender, any age.

Dr. Tobey is a quack who doesn't know how to talk to patients he doesn't listen and he makes you want to knock his head off !!!

Dr Tobey agreed to be my Dr after a in patient stay. At the time of my discharge home he increased the dosage of a medicine that I had reported was causing some insomnia and a headache. When I got home the insomnia and headache worsened to the point it was intolerable. I and my home health nurse called his office repeatedly for three days and he would not return our calls. I am now looking for a new psychiatrist to manage my bipolar disorder with medications I can tolerate and therapy (which Dr Tobey did not offer)
