Staff has been nice and caring with great service, Keep up the good work.
Great!👍
First visit today. Everybody was friendly, courteous and informative. Dr. Ferrer was friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for making my first doctors visit comfortable, pleasant and affordable 🙂
Nice place. They have been a blessing to me and my husband as well. In this day and time, no job or insurance, they have worked with us to have our needs met. A Big Thank You!!!
I see Tirsa Miller here, and she is by far the most thorough Dr. I have ever seen. She found a potentially serious problem my first visit and set up specialist appointment the same day. The staff is super friendly, and The nurses are sweet and thorough as well. If you can’t afford to see a dr you can also get set up with a sliding scale pay plan here that also can take care of labs. Highly recommended.

Dr. Stephanie Ford's bedside manor makes you feel like your talking to a friend more than just your doctor. She really listens to you and seems generally interested and concerned about your health and issues. She made the call to me herself with my test results and was very helpful with getting me to the right I needed in order to get help with paying for some other tests I needed done but have no insurance to pay for. There is help out there for the in insured. Genesis Prime Care itself has a sliding pay scale to help people like me who do t currently have health insure still be able to afford going and seeing my doctor when sick or with yearly check ups and blood work. They offer help in med managment for my son with ADHD in behavioral health and with dentistry. Thank you!!
Regarding Stephanie McCorkle:: This Nurse Practitioner endangered my health. 1. She refused to prescribe my inhalers for my asthma, saying that I didn't have asthma. First healthcare professional in almost 30 yrs that said I didn't have asthma. 2. She cut one of my medication by half. After months of trying to get her to put it back at the previous level, I ended up in the ER at Christus St Michael's with Tachycardia(racing heart beats). 3. She refused to do a pap smear on me. She said that I no longer have a cervix. I had on several occasions told her that I had a partial hysterectomy not a total hysterectomy. With a partial hysterectomy you still have your cervix.4. Refused to treat my Fibromyalgia or send me to a specialist. I was diagnosed almost 10 yrs ago by a specialist. You must have at least 11 of the 18 trigger points associated with Fibromyalgia to be diagnosed with the disease. I have all 18 points. Upon diagnosis, the doctor said that it would only get worse.Stephanie McCorkle is not very good at being a nurse practitioner. She has moved over to Collum & Carney. I hope she does not do this to someone else.
I've been going to Genisis Prime care for over a year now. I was unaware of a program that they had available for my daughter that she was eligible for at the time. They have stuck me with medical bills that they refuse to negotiate with me on, and she's just a baby. She had been seen several times out of the year and not once did they offer the program to me for her until the end of this year. As soon as I found out about it they claim that they could not go back and fix the issue. It has been alot of malpractice in this clinic.
When you call your on hold for 15 minutes and someone will come on and say can you please hold again before you can say yes or no your back on hold again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
