Very good. Not too busy today.
Very helpful health staff
My wait time wasn't to long in and out fast and the doctors and staff are nice
I wish there was a BELOW 1 "star" to select!I have been to several (more than 5) Dr.s/offices within Collom & Carney Clinic. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!Several of the Physicians I saw were discourteous, inattentive to MY requests, questions, etc.!!! and, spent very little time in office visit! Often times I only saw the Dr.'s assistant, (just to find out that I was BILLED for Physician Visit) AND ANOTHER "PROBLEM" I HAD: They did not communicate through THEIR patient portal!!! They didn't even posts visit reports!!! My Dr.s at other area clinics USE their portals, & ALWAYS communicate, usually within 1 hour!!!
Let me start by saying my fiancee has a lump on his shoulder. We had been to the ER and were referred to Collom and Carney for a surgeon. At this point, no, I will not mention names, but the run around was wild. First, we were told it was a cyst, then aneurysm after being told by the same surgeon the appointment before the same thing and then he said he never said that. (Confused yet? Me too) Keep in mind, the only thing done was CT scans. He was referred to pain management from there because they did not want to do surgery. We wouldn't want you do anything that might inconvenience you or make you... you know... wrong in a diagnosis... We then went to a different doctor. Thanks but no thanks! The one he sees now, thank God for!, Actually offered to try to draw blood or some kind of fluid off it. Guess what! Not an aneurysm or a cyst. There is no fluid.. Just a mass which can be surgically removed. Thanks Collom and Carney for the extra stress you put on my fiancee and it taking nearly a year instead of a couple months at the most to get something done. In essence, thanks for nothing!
If you like sitting in a various rooms for hours then this is the place for you. You will wait, and wait, amd wait, and wait some more every time. When you do get called back there's a second waiting room. Once you make it past that stage there's the exam room. Which you will wait at least another 30 minutes before the nurse comes in. Then wait another 30 for the doctor. When Doctor Tarpley finally makes into your room, you will spend most of the time talking about his vacation, he loves his vacations. Nice man bit my goodness, I'm not there to make a friend amd I don't care about your ski trip to Colorado last year. I'm there to get in and out with as little hassle as possible. So, I quit going here. I wish my family would also stop going here
Collom and Carney has some good doctors, but the administration is horrible. Front desk representatives, billing, nurses are often unprofessional, inept or both. They change often, likely due to low pay and maximizing profits. Simple appointment and referral requests could take numerous phone calls and wasted time. It’s very sad.
T he Good Doctors don't last long in this place , Money is their main priority , The billing is based on what code they use to bill insurance ,better watch it.Crooked clinic .
So very glad I had Dr. Lee to help me thru my Kidney problems, Dr. Lee is the best in his field, he is also kind, concerned and very informative as to specific issues. I could not have ask for a better specialist. Now only have to visit him once a year. Will miss my visits with Him and his nurse Karen!!! She is so special also.
I will not go back to any of these offices there's always a different doctor every time I have had a appointment. But the main reason I have a complaint is the billing department they are terrible they obviously don't know or care what they are doing. They won't bill the right insurance company and you try calling them to find out what the deal is and they say that it's the patients job to talk to the insurance company and so you do that then you call billing back to tell them what you're provider said and they won't return your call and then you get billed for it and then they send then it winds up on my credit. What are the billing clerks there for?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
