Ive read these reviews and my experience with Dr Graves has been nothing but excellent professional starting from front, the nurses, to Dr Graves herself. She is so SMART and sweet to boot. If your wanting REAL help she most definitely is the person to go to! Simply put the lady knows her stuff! She is easy to talk to works with you 100% and will get to the bottom of whatever you have going on! 10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The staff is so, so bad. They will leave you standing in line and ignore you and then mark you as a no show because you waited so long for them to check you in.

She's fine, but the office is terrible. If you didn't have mental issues to start, you will after you deal with that mess.

Been a patient of hers for 15 years. Just can’t find anyone less terrible in this joke of a town. Absolutely despise her new nurse as well.

Called trying to be a patient of Dr Graves and the front desk snapped on me over the phone and hung up on me then I called back and she went to mouthing at me. Definitely not interested in even coming anymore not after that experience. Just rude and hateful all around.

Dr Graves is the best provider I’ve seen. She strives to find innovative therapies/treatment and is caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr grave is the sweetest and caring. T think i have seen hirt now for 2 years now. She finally got meds dialed in. It took awhile. I will say she only doctor doctor i fully tristed before. Dr grave is the best in Texarkana in my opinion fs

After a year or more of my child being a patient, we experienced horrible attitude from front receptionist and also Dr. Graves herself today. Very unprofessional. We arrived 30-40 min prior to appt time and were told they were "not allowed" to see patients early. Left to run an errand, nearly back to office at 5 min til appt time and got a call from receptionist. She was very rude and demanded to know why we weren't there 15 min prior to appt. We asked why our teen child wasn't told that when he came in and asked about being seen early. Receptionist continued to speak rudely to my husband, so I hung up the phone. When I walked into the office with my son, receptionist continued to have poor attitude and shut the window in my face when I tried to clear up the miscommunication. We saw the nurse, who has always been very sweet and helpful, our poor experience was not because of her at all. When we were called into Dr. Graves office, she prefaced the conversation regarding us not being there 15 min early. This continued, even though I explained my son had come in early and the receptionist did not mention anything about coming before scheduled time. After 2 attempts at ending the conversation, so we could actually discuss my son's care, and how he was doing, we ended up walking out. My son was also very uncomfortable and did not want to go back. He had actually text my husband to come inside while this was happening because he wanted to leave also. There were no other patients in lobby and in the time she spent scolding me and defending her receptionists poor communication, we could have discussed what we came for and been finished. We have swapped Dr's and will not be returning.

She really cares and listens to what your needs are.

Overall a nice lady, don't get me wrong. But I got the feeling she wasn't able to properly assess me. She refused to acknowledge my ASD diagnosis, and only referred to me as neurodivergent. Also, without properly evaluating me, told me to "watch for symptoms of mania," even though I've been assessed for bipolar before and was told I showed no traits. My concerns about medication seemed to go unheeded, and I walked out of the appointment overwhelmed and uncomfortable.
