Nursing and medical care were excellent. I felt safe and cared for.

From the time I checked in until the time I walked out of the hospital everyone was kind and attentive and took care of my every need and explained everything to me I was very pleased with the hospital visit other than being so sick the nurse's and doctors did an excellent job thank you.

I got quality care from nurses, doctors, occupational and physical therapist who made me feel genuinely cared for and in some cases loved during my ten day stay. This is hands-down the best place I have been, and I was transferred here from another hospital where I had been for sixteen days. The first hospital, though larger and newer, couldn’t compare.

I was there for a Bone Marrow Biopsy. All involved were caring, professional and comforting.

I had an outpatient test/procedure. The staff was amazing. I can't thank them enough. They did their best to make me feel comfortable in such an uncomfortable situation.

My stay was perfect. The care I was given was excellent. The doctors made several rounds to see me during my short stay and were very informative and explaining my situation as well as answering questions. I could not have been more satisfied.

Everything appears to be very clean and sanitary. Thanks a trillion $

I had great doctors and horrible nurses except(The RAT nurses) were great.. After a week stay I can't understand the service I had. I stayed in Urine 11 hours until my daughter came to bathe me. I was too weak to get up having Covid and Pneumonia. I kept requesting service over and over I can as told someone was coming never happened. As a result my skin is continuously peeling from being raw. I can't sit down I have to to lie down all day tobe comfortable. I also had a nurse say that I made up medicine that I was given. I'm scared of needles the medicine was to help me why would I make up getting something I didn't get! My lungs were messed up Not my brain.

Went to the ER here, as a last ditch effort because of back pain not long ago. Waited forever to be seen, which I expected with it being an ER. The guy asked if I could afford to pay several hundred dollars right then and there bc if not there was nothing he could do, not even examine me. Even asked if I had family to borrow it from. I of course didnt and just had to leave. A week later I couldnt even walk. Went to another hospital where they seen I had a shattered (fragments were resting on my spinal cord) and a bulging disk. I was scheduled surgery days later on a payment plan. Luckily everything ended fine no thanks to these people.Only reason I'm giving two stars is because of a nice nurse who really helped when my daughter came in with burns 6 years ago. They didnt want to do much for her either but give her codeine.The nurse gave me some supplies (under the table) and advice to help.
