My Dr, Mrs. C. (I don't want to butcher her name), she was extremely sweet as well as the front office staff. I didn't have to wait long to be seen either. Mrs. C was throughout and took her time in areas that were needed and didn't in areas that did not. I got lucky. Thanks for being a great doctor. ♥️

2nd time at BMC with Dr Lozada, she is exceptional! She is very informative, thorough and didn’t feel rushed at all with the appt. Intake, insurance and the whole visit ran like a well oiled machine.

I went in to the office the other day to get my flu shot. That was the fastest doctor's appointment EVER!!! Just a side note, all the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional. Dr. Hung Le is as well, but he is also very attentive and listens well. I appreciate that immensely.
