This Doctor saved my husband's life! After years of struggling with difficulties breathing, coughing, and sleepless nights, it only took one doctor's visit for this amazing doctor to fix my husband's problems. He is friendly, compassionate and pays attention to detail. My husband has been very happy and comfortable since we met Doctor Mattewal.

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago. I arranged for childcare and drove almost 30 minutes to be told that Dr. Mattewal had taken the day off. No phone call, no regard for my time. The only offer was to schedule me for another appointment in 3 weeks. Why would I do that? I wouldn’t trust my healthcare with someone that I can’t trust my time with! They couldn’t have cared any less, no apology. No, “ I understand your frustration,” just an “oh well” attitude.

Dr Mattewall is a very patient, thorough and attentive physician. I have had a difficult problem with an ongoing cough for the past two years. Although the problem has not been solved, Dr Mattewall has never stopped trying to diagnose and treat the problem. My only criticism is that the individual scheduling appointments could definitely make patients feel more welcome. I can overlook that in light of Dr Mattewall’s wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Had I not shown up I would have been charged. The only offer was to schedule me for another appointment in 3 weeks. Why would I do that? I wouldn’t trust my healthcare with someone that I can’t trust my time with! They offered no apology, no that’s unfortunate, how frustrating, etc. Nothing. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

I was charged for a no show $35.00 even though I called and explained to the office manager that the reason we did not show was a little more complex--it was during the covid19 pandemic-scheduled 6 months earlier and we were out of town with my mother who was dying in the hospital. did I get an i'm sorry for your loss or any kind of acknowledgement what so ever regarding my loss? no what I received was well if you want to send proof or if we waived the fee for everyone...………...very disappointing as we like Dr. Mattewal-but they have now lost a patient and probably don't care as I was told my $35 fee would be sent for collections if it wasn't paid...……...
