I had surgery with Dr. Waggoner and my surgery became sepsis. I was hospitalized from Saturday through Monday. While I understand most doctors don’t work on the weekends, I feel like I was his patient and he could have checked in. On Monday, the hospital kept paging him repeatedly and he never answered. His lack of bedside manners appalled me. I felt like he had made his money so I wasn’t important anymore. I do not recommend him at all. My daughter had the same surgery done but with Dr. Worley at Methodist Willowbrook and I guess I was holding Dr. Waggoner to the same standards as Dr. Worley. He was amazing with my daughter and checked in on her on weekends, weekdays and personally spoke with her.

Dr. Balette is the best surgeon! I think the most important thing you want in a surgeon is someone who is calm and methodical. He comes to check on you the next day post op to make sure you are healing well. His suggestions and plan laid out for your success is with you in mind to make sure you achieve what you are setting out to achieve. If you trust him and his team you’ll experience nothing but success.

I’ve sent a request twice requesting a consultation and they never call back! If this is how you are treated when trying to become a patient then how are you treated when you actually are a patient?

The best surgeon :) from the consult , surgery, post ops I’ve never been so happy and please to go through this process, he made me feel so comfortable and safe ! I wouldn’t pick anyone else, if I could put more stars I would ! :)
