List of Cardiac Rehabilitation At The Woodlands Hospital - The Woodlands's Reviews
We had to bring my dad to St Luke's on Monday and he's 86 I want to thank everybody that took care of him each and every nurse each and every doctor they all had care and compassion for my dad and I again I just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart each and every one of you have compassion and I would go to your hospital in a heartbeat. Hospital is very clean they're on time and just really blessed to have come out of this the way we did.
I wish I could give them zero stars but the program won't let me and the rating has nothing to do with the care provided to my wife. This is 100% based on their billing practices and the fact that they have held over $1,300 hostage since my wife's surgery on 3/7/23. I told them when we checked in that there were some doctor visits and heart tests the week before the surgery and that what they were coming up with for me to pay before they would even check my wife in was wrong. I told them that we had already hit deductible but they couldn't see it so they charged me $1,300+ so that my wife could have her neck vertebra surgery. Low and behold, they drug their feet sooo long on filing the claim that every other provider and physical therapist got in before them and my wife hit the cap on out of pocket. The hospital was then asked by insurance for an itemized bill; the insurance company never got it after 2 requests so I had to get involved to get the detailed bill, yet the detailed bill never arrived. In the meantime, the insurance company completely denied all claims and paid nothing so that the hospital would have to 'play ball' on the detailed bill. Finally, in September, the insurance company got their detailed bill and have paid their portion of the bill and low and behold, my wife owes them nothing yet they still have our $1,300+ and there is no telling when we will get it back. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!! THEY ARE INEFFICIENT AT BILLING AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR TOO LONG.
I recently had right hip replacement at St. Luke's Lakeside Hospital. From the moment I registered to the moment I was discharged, everything and everyone was wonderful. Dr. Jason Brannen, Orthopedic Surgery is the best !!!!!! Registration, Nursing, Nurse Techs, Physical therapy, everyone was helpful and happy. My day Nurse was Troy, my night Nurse was Zeny, they were very caring and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better care. A great place to have hips and knees replaced. Randi
I was brought in by ambulance. The ER doctor was horrible. I went for a CT scan and told by the technician to get myself over to the table. I had an IV that went dry but never changed. When i was discharged I was not given a wheelchair to get to my ride. I had to walk out and wait by myself while my daughter got the car. WORST ER EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO THERE.
Wife just had 7 hours of surgery, moved to the ward and no paperwork, oh she's on the system but can find a Doctor..in a damn hospital. Scares the life out of me, my wife's in pain and they can't/will not give her anything for it Oh and now her catheter is overflowing Damn it, like amature night.
Had an opportunity to experience the ER. They were extremely busy, not their fault just so many COVID patients. Staff was nice and worked their tail off. The Doctor I saw was Doctor Ellis. One of the best doctors I've dealt with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took time to explain what was about to happen and the tests he felt I needed. After tests were done met with me and clearly went over everything and discussed my treatment options. Very patient, as busy as they were I was impressed Dr. Ellis made me feel as I was the only patient in the ER. I'm very grateful to him and all the staff!
Obviously I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and there may not be extra rooms available at this time. What I don't understand is the amount of patients sitting in the lobby of the ER spaced out near other people checking in for help. These COVID positive patients passed out in wheelchairs not being checked on. I walked in and was disgusted by the lack of concern or urgency. The patient I had checked in there was brought home to be taken somewhere else. The care at home is better than they "offered" here. The lack of care and concern is beyond belief. Also, joking or picking at someone for not getting the vaccine while they are physically suffering from the virus is pathetic. To the staff who thought that was okay, shame on you. As of today my relative was rushed by another ambulance to another hospital. Had they been taken care of and not neglected the first time this wouldn't be so bad. Highly recommend Methodist on the other side of 45. Do not come to St. Luke's. Update: I was given a number to call to file a "grievance". Supposedly being sent up to someone else and would've heard back but never did. Still cannot believe the lack of care from this hospital. Don't worry, i'm sure they'll bill for a room and all kinds of services not actually provided.
I don't complain very often, but because of the horrible care I got here I will. I was put in an ambulance from another St. Lukes location, sent here to have emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. I was in unbearable pain, had already had two different ultrasounds that morning. I get there, they do two more, and I wait for hours. They end up doing blood work & SEND ME HOME. I never even saw a doctor. For the next 4 days I would bleed out into my stomach Bc my tube had already ruptured that day. Thankfully Methodist had an incredible doctor that was able to save my Fallopian tube. Considering I'm only 23 it was GREATLY appreciated. Now here I am getting constant calls to pay my medical bills for the very minimal care I received from them, and the POINTLESS ambulance ride I took. I will go to ANY hospital over this one.
Never answers the phone. Never calls back. Taken way too long to get my iud implanted. I've never been so frustrated with doctors before
I was scheduled an MRI. I got in was very quick even during Covid, the gentleman was very nice and eased my nerves about the procedure.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
