I normally would give 5 star rating but things were different today. Starting with my appointment which was scheduled for August 25th. However, through error, I was scheduled to see another doctor besides Dr. Chen. My appointment was charged to August 23rd without my knowledge. No one ever called to notify me. I received an automated text confirmation around 4:30 pm. Otherwise, I would have missed my appointment. Also, Dr. Chen was not her usual self answering all my questions. She must have been severely overbooked because usually she was not as rushed. She is a 5-star physician.

I go the The Woodlands office. It is a wonderful office. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’ve not had to wait a long time, ever (usually just a few minutes). Dr. Chen is extraordinary; she is thorough and answers my questions.

Dr. Chen and her entire team are fantastic. Her practice is out of network for my insurance, but the value and professional care makes it a value. You WILL be impressed!

Dr. Chen's examination of my eyes, was very extensive and I was highly satisfied with her. She explained the results and the plan of care for my condition very well. I won't lie I am very nervous about the upcoming surgery, but left her office knowing I was in good hands.

She is the best! Very thoughtful, thorough and explains the situation as she goes. I have to get an injection periodically and I have had others but her technique is the best!

Very good doctor but she is almost always running late for one reason or another. We plan on a 2-hr visit every time because of this. Even when we are the first appointment of the day, we are here at least 1 hour before we see the doctor; it is very frustrating.

I was in urgent need of eye surgery. Dr. Chen and her staff understood my situation and worked me into their busy schedule, probably saving me from even more serious issues. The entire procedure was handled swiftly and efficiently. I was in and out in a couple of hours;exam, surgery and all. I am really glad that I was referred to Dr. Chen and Houston Eye Associates.
